Let me start off by saying my family loves to travel and have been to many of hotels & rental homes all over world. Came to Marriott for overnight trip after a long horrendous drive in snow from PA expecting complete comfort and family quiet time. Only to arrive at hotel which was a huge bar partying scene with loud...

We are very disappointed to hear that your stay was not up to expectations. I am so sorry that your time here was interrupted by other guests here for a convention. I am not sure if you made any mention of your concerns while here as we encourage our guests to let us know of any issues so we can...

As air travelers stranded by snowstorm, we so appreciated the good luck of landing at this particular Marriott in Hempstead, NY near Garden City NY. The staff were all super helpful and friendly to us, helping solve our various problems caused by the flight delay. We were a college group traveling to Africa, with an unexpected 2 day delay caused...

The ambiance at the hotel is enjoyable. It has a large restaurant, a lively bar, a splendid pool, and a very relaxing spa. On top of these fine commodities, the staff is very friendly, and willing to satisfy the guest. Moreover, the hotel is conveniently located when it comes to commuting to JFK airport. It is about 15 minutes from...

Stayed overnight after cancelled flight, swift efficient check in, lovely comfortable beds with good quality linen. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again. Bit out of they way for New York travellers.

We were in the area for a swim meet and the hotel was the closest to the event. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and inviting. We ate dinner in the dining area and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We thought that the breakfast offered was a little to pricey for our needs so we...

This place is old and outdated. With the coliseum next door, one can picture the wild parties that must have occurred here after concerts and events 30 years ago. Looks like they are trying to renovate hotel in certain areas. Long lines waiting at front desk. Restaurant on site was good. Coliseum is also under renovation which made it tricky...

I've been on a bad streak of hotels going through upgrades lately. Yes, they give full disclosure when booking but because of location and brand loyalty (POINTS,POINTS,POINTS) I continue to book. This property is upgrading their main lobby but along with this property, their neighbor the old Nassau Coliseum is being upgraded too. Double the construction around the property. The...

My grandson had his first college basketball game scheduled at Hofstra University which is right across the highway from this location. Making reservations were easy. Check in was even easier. Not a lot of parking spaces. The front desk staff offered us water when we checked in which was great seeing that a bottle of water costed $3.00 OUCH! Our...
