Minimal toilet paper in the room when I arrived. Batteries in the remote didn't work but I didn't realize until late the first night. The next day I reqested toilet paper and new batteries (hoping to get it from the front desk) but they said housekeeping would bring them. We went out for the day only to come back to no TP or batteries. I went and got them from the front desk, and in the end, the remote didn't work for the TV anyway. The last morning we had no water from 7 AM -8:30AM for the toilet or shower. Although it was not the hotel's fault and did ultimately return, no offer for a discount was made despite the inconvenience. Overall a lousy experience.

I am looking for cleaningness, breakfast is not bad, the sheets or blankets are smell and the pillows as well. Room service should be available when staying in the hotel. The internet is good. If they can provide with a little cleaner they will have more cautomer. It is not worthy with the price.

The first thing we noticed when we entered the room is the musty smell. We immediately went and purchased some air fresher. Also the little flying bugs got on my nerves when I was trying to eat my dinner. The room was very dated.The facility needs to be renovated.

If you are reading this you should not go here. They didn't even provide the proper bedding, false advertising on the size of beds and breakfast times, charged us extra on pets even though we called in to check the price ahead of time, the heater barely functions, and the bathroom door doesn't even lock properly. the wifi isn't a secured network so VPN is necessary to even use the wifi safely.

When I checked in the front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. He gave me a room and I went to it ready to sleep as it was almost midnight and we were exhausted. We get to the room and the smell is awful, the room also looked dirty. The smoke smell though I couldn’t get passed as we specified non smoking room in our reservation. I went down to front desk and he tried to help us find another room. There were only 3 left. We asked to see the other two. One literally smelled like someone had just lit a cigarette 153 I think. 146-147 were the best of the 3, and 147 is the room we took. It still smelled like smoke but we just wanted to go to bed. We thanked the guy and told him we would not be staying a second night and we’re even contemplating just not staying at all. We decided to just do the one night and leave the next morning. We go to the room and there’s someone else’s hair on the pillows, the sheets are all stained, a fist sized hole in the wall, ceiling tiles missing and stains all over everything. Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I slept with a hoodie on so my face wouldn’t touch anything. The next morning we went to check out and I expressed my thoughts about everything even showing pictures of the stains and hair. I was told the manager would contact me….. nothing came of it and I was charged full price for the one night still.

There was no bathroom available to use while we were waiting to check-in. When we got to our room and pulled back the filthy comforter to get into bed, we noticed a giant urine (or other fluid) stain on one side, and on the other side of the bed, there were bloodstains, a footprint, and fishnet stocking type pattern stains on the sheets. There was also an ice cream cone melting in the refrigerator. I called the front desk to let them know, and he asked if we would like to switch rooms, but there weren't any other king-size beds available, only a double bed. I told him that wouldn't do since my fiance was wearing a heart monitor and needed some extra room to sleep with it. I asked if someone would be able to change the sheets. The front desk manager sent someone to change out the sheets, and when she did, the set she was going to use was also disgustingly filthy. She was shocked at not only the first set of sheets that she took pictures of to show the manager/owner, but also of the second set of sheets. She then got a third set, followed by a fourth set of sheets before she was able to find something close to acceptable. When we went to our car the next morning, there were people arguing in a room loud enough for everyone to hear, and there might have been a drug deal going on in the car parked a couple of spots down from me. We were booked for two nights, but after that experience, we asked to cancel the second night. Thankfully, the morning desk clerk said that she would take care of the second night cancellation for me, and let the manager know what had happened. She thought that we might be able to get our money back from the first night given the situation, but I have yet to hear from the hotel and it has been a week already.

Horrible place. The linen on the beds never changed, pillowcase had makeup mascara and hair all over it and there were spots and marks all over the linen on the bed on first night as we prepared to sleep. Many times they don't occupy or answer the front desk phone and take the phone off the hook where it's busy. You set a wake-up call and they never call you and many other customers complained also. Then you complain to the guy manager and he rudely denies it and makes an argument. The mattress is like laying on a saggy marshmallow. Air conditioner loud as heck, keeps you awake. Other ac units other rooms the same. Chicken bone left near under bed. Horrible housekeeping and customer service. The place is Rundown and in need of a complete overhauling personnel and construction bathrooms and rooms in general badly maintained. Overall dirty. The bathroom seat is like made for a 3-year-old it is flimsy and you nearly touch your private parts on the inside of the toilet bowl. Even the peep hole on the door had gum on it as all the other ones did as well like someone is trying to hide their identity. The adjoining door to the next room was very fragile lock and easily can be opened. The area seems very dangerous as well. It's almost equal to sleeping in the woods. Never go there again.

Very nice clean rooms, friendly staff, shopping close by, restaurants close by. Very quiet, we couldn't even hear the traffic even tho it's a very busy location. Breakfast was good, hot or cold cereal, yogurt, toast, waffle. Coffee , tea, juice

First, I was checked into a room that hadn’t been serviced from its previous guest, I needed to be relocated to a different room. The second room that I was given had mold all in the shower a sticky floor in the bathroom and reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet didn’t flush. The heat was so high that I had to run the air conditioner all day and night just to achieve a comfortable room temperature. Jay decided to have breakfast and poured a bowl of cereal and milk in the milk was spoiled. It was absolutely atrocious.

We arrived at this property the evening of March 19, with a reservation in hand. Although it was the third day of spring, the outdoor temp was a chilly 19F. The temperature in the room was frigid: 60F, if that. The heat in the room was off, and clearly had been for a long time. The thermostat on the wall was cranked up to 80 (no doubt by the last guest), but the baseboard heaters were stone cold. As were the sheets, the pillows, the mattress, and everything else in the room. The bathroom floor was like ice.
Eventually we learned that the baseboard heating system (hot water) was no longer functioning due to leaks in the pipes. Heat came from a wall-mounted unit that looked like an air conditioner. Once turned on, it noisily produced a weak flow of tepid air. It took hours (well after midnight) before the room was up to barely-tolerable temperature. There was but a single flimsy blanket on the bed. We went to bed wearing our pajamas, plus a sweater and a dress shirt on top. We shivered through the night.
Across most of America, rooms in hotels and motels are supposed to be equipped with smoke detectors. Not at this Days Inn. Where there should have been a detector, there were a couple of wires dangling from the ceiling. What a safety hazard.
When we departed in the morning, I politely suggested to the manager that they should turn on the heat in rooms for guests who are expected (IE, those with reservations). He shrugged his shoulders and said they routinely turn the heat off once winter is over. Nary an apology.
Without question, it was one of our worst hotel/motel experiences. Never again will we stay at a Days Inn (or other Wyndham property).
