Room was listed at 89.00 ended up 160.00 at front desk. Ceilings in bath room were peeling badly and covered in mold. Tv didn't work,not even a remote in the room. When given one it didn't work either. Mattresses were rock hard and worst of all, no hot water whatsoever!

It was great to stay at hotel on my business trip to upstate NY and they have very clean and big rooms with good amenities.It is on cross of 3 highway ease acess. Their wifi was great and fast . Breakfast was enough to start your day

This hotel was delightful. We went to Syracuse for family weekend and had a hard time finding a hotel. While only a short drive to the university, this hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant attached to the Hotel (Daniela's) and their food was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

Best Western is very handy at Fair Time. The Dining Room had Prime Rib!! Yummy! The shower was wonderful with dispensers for Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner, too! The Queen beds were very comfortable for us.

Would definitely recommend Daniella Steak House (attached to motel). The food was great and the service was amazing . Room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was available from 6am to 9am.Breakfast area, halls & outside of motel were also clean.

This is a good hotel to stay at if you are attending a concert at the fairgrounds. The hotel was clean, but the smells in the hallways were strong (weed and strong air freshner). I didn't smell any of this in the room, thank goodness. If I attending another concert at the fairgrounds I will stay again.

Essentially no hot food for the included breakfast. Extremely poor planning on the quantity and timing of refills of hot trays. Dozens of people standing waiting and then giving up. Room was great. Service was inadequate.

We stayed in Syracuse so we could move my daughter in for summer class. Everything was excellent. The room was extremely clean, the hotel overall was also. The free breakfast was an extended continental breakfast. Plenty of food if you’re that hungry. Also, this is only a 10 minute drive to Syracuse University. And 2 minutes to NY State Fair.

The hotel was very clean, extremely quiet, and very easy check in and check out.. we stayed at this hotel for the convenience of the Onondaga bike trail. We were able to ride from the hotel around the lake to Liverpool for lunch and back 22 miles. We will definitely be using this hotel again . There is also a delicious steakhouse and bar attached to the hotel. Super convenient . Also, the parking lot was very safe.

Don't count on the free breakfast. Every single yogurt was expired, some by more than three weeks (not kidding). The free breakfast bar also ran out of coffee! The staffer went to get more and it was frozen and would obviously take hours to thaw. Who freezes coffee??? Is it that complicated??? If you can't organize a simple breakfast bar and you can't even keep the coffee flowing, you should not be in the hospitality industry.
