In regards to some of your comments, we are currently under the Formula Blue renovation in our lobby, business center, and fitness center, proceeding this will be our guest rooms. The renovation will consist of a new, fresh, chic appearance featuring up-to-date amenities in the common areas and guests' rooms. We are sorry to hear that you were 1 point short for a rewards night! Please be aware the actual hotel staff and guest service agents have no capability and/or access to book rewards nights internally in our hotel, you would need to be assisted by IHG rewards club. We recently opened our brand, new breakfast last month. In regards to the A/C issue we will address this directly with our maintenance department supervisor in order for our future guests experiencing the same issue. I guess the best way to get to the Hotel is take a shuttle to battery park or some Hotel near and then take the Ferry to Staten Island.

How far to the ferry
The Staten Island Ferry is less than 10 miles away and about a 25 minute drive. We offer a complementary shuttle to the Staten Island Ferry and back. Our shuttle runs on Wednesday through Sunday. Please check with our front desk agents regarding drop off times and pick up times as times and seat are limited. Reservation are required.

The Ferry Shuttle from our hotel to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal runs from Wednesday to Sunday. There is no shuttle service Monday and Tuesdays. The drop off times from the hotel to the terminal starts at 8 AM and runs every two hours until 9:30 PM. The pick ups from the terminal back to the hotel are at 7pm , 9pm, and 10 pm. All drop offs and pick ups require a reservation as space is limited.
