We stayed in the cabana loft rooms...first off some of the reviews are a bit hard...the property is in transition and until such time part of the property is in use and the rest not...but to us it is a little of a walk back in time when it was the place to be....the rooms are redone and the bathrooms are not...but clean and fine...hot water is all I care about....we did a lot of walking so I am not sure of the bike thing...but you are so close to town And a bike shop I am sure you can rent one....hope that helps...also very quiet....
