The place is clearly dilapidated... they’ve painted everything white in attempt to brighten things up but it needs a real renovation. The floors are creaky so at 7:30am, you can hear everything from footsteps to the yappy dog they’ve kept in the reception. the bathrooms...More

We stayed in the cabana loft rooms...first off some of the reviews are a bit hard...the property is in transition and until such time part of the property is in use and the rest not...but to us it is a little of a walk back... More

It's the Hamptons, there is no shuttle service. You either drive or Uber around.
