In the midst of planning a return trip through Central NY/New England and hoping to spend some more time at the Brick House, (was there in 2010). My husband and I stayed here for a recent 2-night anniversary getaway to the area, and found this a convenient location for visiting both Cooperstown (about 30 minutes away) and Howe and Secret Caverns (15 minutes away). This 3-room B&B has all the comforts of home--that is, if you live in rolling farm country with 18th- and 19th-century houses and barns dotting the landscape and throngs of songbirds welcoming you in the morning. This wonderful historic farm house welcomed us with warmth and comfort.
