The Springwater B&B has two properties next door to each other, and they're both top notch (with the newer one even topper notched than the original). Rooms are large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms (especially in the newer building) are stunning. And the breakfasts? Nothing skimped on in any way, indeed, it's almost over-the-top. We've stayed at Springwater five...

My niece and I spent 3 nights at this Inn and I thoroughly enjoyed EVERYTHING about this place! We were greeted by Leslie who treated us liked royalty!! The room was everything (if not more) than I expected. Her mom Lynn, is such a lovely lady and Abbey, the 4-legged greeter, was super!! I will go there again and cannot...

Springwater falls somewhere between a small Inn and a B&B. It was purpose built as such, and therefore has to be judged as such. I would not score the property highly for a sense of warmth and charm, but then many B&B's in older homes don't achieve that either. As a hybrid it succeeds because the place is well built...

The owners were super friendly and helpful but not pushy or invasive. Breakfast was superb. Cookies were delicious. We spent plenty of time...

This was one of the most incredible B&B's I ever stayed at. The breakfast, the friendly staff, and the dog were super. The staff took extra care of me when my girl friend left abruptly with a millionaire she met at the horse sale. I still wonder about her sometimes, but I think about the Springwater Inn everyday. I will...

We have stayed at the Springwater for the last 10 years during the summer racing season. Last year we stayed during the winter. It was like living in a Hallmark greeting card. From our room we watched the snow falling while we were cozy by the fireplace. A perfect place for a ski vacation, with beautiful snowshoe trails. The Dickens-themed...
