Had a one night stay after a long drive. Peter's hospitality was awesome. The house is full of interesting historical artifacts and Peter's enthusiasm in sharing them was better then any museum. The rooms are comfortable and some have private baths which is a nice plus. Great value for the money.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to stay in Rochester, when we have found Peter's place. This B&B is run by Peter himself, who is extremely nice and cares deeply about the comfort of his guests.  The room we got was clean, tidy and unique, in that the furniture is antique, yet in great condition, as if... My wife and I are Australians. We spent 5 and a half weeks holidaying in USA /Canada. We travelled from Chicago to Boston, overland by Amtrak..and by bus for the last leg.
