I was looking for a place to stay for 2 nights around a weekend in the Rhinebeck area. The Whistlewood B&B was a wonderful place in the country to relax. Making the arraingements was simple - Whistlewood was very flexible to my requests. I got to stay in the biggest room and the smallest room. Both had incredibly comfortable beds,...

From the moment we arrived on the property we knew our experience would be great and it was. Why? The beautifully cared for landscaped property, horses, donkey, birds, cats, dogs, chipmonks, and, the occasional visiting deer. Followed by the fabulous house decorated Wyoming style that took our breath away when we entered. Our immaculately clean, beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed...

We stayed at the WhistleWood for 5 nights during a family reunion in Rhinebeck, NY. We stayed in the Tumbleweed Room and found the entire property to be very well maintained and comfortable. The setting is absolutely gorgeous....we loved seeing the horses, chickens and the many visiting birds that frequent this place. Breakfasts are a major treat...there was always a...

I had the good fortune of staying in the Wyoming Room at the WhistleWood Farm B&B! How lucky for me that it was available during the time that I chose to travel! I thought that the photos of the rooms on the website were fabulous only to find out that "up close & personal" they were way beyond that! My...

I love B&B's and always drag my husband with me. Throughout the years he has learned to enjoy them. Whistlewood did not dissapoint. We always book our hotels/B&B according to tripadvisor since for the most part they are righ on the money. The grounds at Whistlewood are gorgeous, a nice fire pit , a stable with beautiful horses and chickens...

We stayed at Whistlewood over a wet weekend in May but couldn't have had a nicer time. The room (Wyoming) was very comfortable - certainly the resident cat thought so as he kept trying to find his way in! The lounge areas were very homely with the fire alight and a magnificent array of home made cakes. Barbara cooked breakfast...

My husand and I took our 3 year old on an extended weekend to Rhinebeck and boy did we pick the right place! Nothing like having your son wake up and look out the window and see a few horses grazing and chickens feeding. The fresh ans delicious breakfasts are to die for and the guest suites are immaculate. And,...

Great place. Gorgeous rooms and grounds. Lou fed us till we burst. Late night desserts put me in a coma. Would love to see the place pollen free in the fall.
