By far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen ! You couldn’t close the bathroom door it hit the toilet and told management and they moved me. Walking with staff to new room he opened the door and the worst nasty smell hit us in the face. I said absolutely not but he said just turn the air on, what ????. 3 rd and final room I sat on bed to google new hotel and the blanket was so stained and then the clincher , I had a bug jump on me ! Prepaid and they wouldn’t refund me.

Got suck in a snow storm on I-81 and this was the only place that would accept dogs. It was 1 am we were exhausted from driving all day. The room was absolutely disgusting, probably the scariest, nastiest place I’ve ever seen. We should have slept in the car if it wasn’t like -15 degrees out. That said we slept in all our clothes and tried not to touch anything in the room. We left as soon as the sun was up and later that day started noticing terrible bites and welts all over our bodies where our skin was exposed (face, hands, waistline). We immediately sought medical treatment and were told it was bed bugs. Besides being gross and painful, it has also been quite the expense to get urgent medical care, treatments, miss work, etc. Do NOT stay in this dump unless you want bed bugs! (Picture attaches shows bites on neck)

What can I say? We booked room one week in advance; after calling Altmar's Tailwater and they were booked! They reference us to this location! 1950's outdated, now fishing lodge with slight heat and shower. A sign inside room "No cleaning fish in bathtub"... gave us a laugh. Entered into room late at night and no heat was on for our arrival. We were so cold, and it had snowed. We jump in bed and fell asleep. Waking the next morning was a surprise. We saw room in light and not impressed with what we saw. No breakfast, but diner next door. Left that night, instead of staying three more. Than the front desk couldn't reimburse us of prepay done at time of advance booking.

Annual I make the pilgrimage to Pulaski to catch the salmon run. The area is struggling to recover from the lose of manufacturing jobs and the resultant unemployment. This motel is doing it's best to repurpose or repair a worn out facility. An example of which is the fact that we had to screw the latch plate in every time we opened the door. They'd retailed the bathroom floor but not cut down the door so that each time you attempted to open or close it it scrapped the floor.
The cleaning stad
FYI was friendly and helpful. The front desk person was also pleasant and professional but the only reason most people who were staying there was there is the fact that the other motels in the area are either too expensive or in more rundown.
The free breakfast was minimal and the coffee hot but nothing that didn't come out of a box.

My father and I decided to go Salmon fishing a day early in Pulaski, and needed a place to stay bc our cabin rental didn't start until the following day. This place was a big mistake. Upon having to shoulder the door to enter, the first thing to hit us was the Rancid smell of cigarette smoke. Granted it was a smoking room (all they had left?), but it smelled as if someone had ignited 5 cartons of cigarettes in a burn barrel the night before, and never aired the room. Looking around the room was filthy, dirty corners, dirty walls, dirty everything, and a lopsided bed. Oh, and the bed, which was supposed to be a queen was a double. So thinking it's only one night, we can deal with it, we checked the sheets on the bed. After turning back the comforter we saw the sheets had apparently not been changed from the previous guests, bc, there was dirt and hairs on them. I complained and said I wanted another room, which they said they 'could not do', but we're gracious enough to put clean sheets on the bed (sarcasm). Having nowhere else to go as everywhere around was booked solid we stayed the night. Myself, I slept with my clothes on, laying on top of the sheets. I will never stay at any Red Carpet Inn again, after this experience. I paid 110.00 with taxes, but wouldn't have paid 5 cents had I known what I was in for. I should have taken pictures, but honestly, the less of my personal belongings that had to be in this room the better, so in hindsight I'm ok with the fact that I didnt.

My stay at Red Carpet Inn went well. the room is small, but very clean. the room design is outdated, but all was well-maintained. This may not be a good family motel, but for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a clean place to sleep, it is great.
No desk for working, though. this is something that should be added. Free WiFi worked well.

The place is just a run down motel where fishermen stay. Floors are crooked, carpet dirty.the bed smelled like smoke in a nonsmoking room, linens were stained, and the bed cover was not washed. Beware of the water one minute it's freezing, the next you will need a hospital! It was priced jacked with no cancellation because of fishing season. Continental Breakfast was a waffle maker, Entenmann donuts, and some store bought mini muffins. They had apples they got from the tree outside and some bananas. Only stayed because I already paid and could not get a refund.

Ugh – never again! This is an almost-abandoned motel that gets its business from the fishermen of the area, but only during that season. I only stayed there to get a cheap room, and it wasn’t worth it. It was dirty, and most of the stuff didn’t work, including the phone and the heat. The refrigerator was questionable, and you could hear EVERYTHING through the walls. I would never stay there again.
