Night stay on the road to Maine. The hotel was very clean and updated. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and updated. Comfortable beds. AC was great. Breakfast was about normal. Nothing special. I would recommend this hotel for future stays

You don’t expect the service from such a small hotel to be so good and so professional, but it is. You don’t expect the rooms are well-lit, but it is. So is the wide hallway. Everything in the hotel looks new and clean. The rooms are on the small side but it’s well designed. The sitting area by the window is the best idea I have seen in a hotel. If you just want to relax, take a book,you can sit there all day long and enjoy yourself. The included breakfast is a bonus, though the selection is on the minimum side. Don’t miss the fancy package machine, one button and watch your fresh pancakes being made right in front of your eyes. The 24-hour coffee/hot water machine is excellent idea that I wish every hotel has. Definitely will stay here again next time.

Staff was very professional. There was hand sanitizer throughout the hotel! The price was right. Breakfast was excellent and coffee and hot cocoa throughout the day and evening. We were there for a motorcycle event and they even provided towels to wipe our motorcycles off after it rained.

Our check in process was fast and easy. The property seemed decent and the room was ok although the bathroom floor seemed it could have been cleaner as it felt grimy. The rooms could be renovated to more modern finishings but they do their job.

This hotel is SUPER CLEAN and extremely well maintained. We have been coming here since it opened and it still looks brand new. They pay attention to all the details and provide outstanding customer service as well. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The check in and out procedures are very quick and easy. We have been to many Microtels along the East Coast and the Plattsburgh location is the best. The price is very reasonable for such an outstanding property!

We had some problems with the hotel and the manager was amazing. She fixed everything for us. The only bad thing about this hotel was the breakfast. It is a 1972 continental breakfast. Needs to be updated with the times. Other than that bed was comfy and quiet.

Easy check in late night.. rooms were exactly what you’d expect.. it’s a bargain hotel, great for a one nighter which we did.. didn’t expect much other than comfy bed, blinds, working AC in winter and good shower.. All met my expectations. When you’re on a budget in this recession with hotel prices through the roof, this place will do just fine.

Good location with all you need nearby. Clean grounds, lobby and room. Alert, proactive, friendly and genuine staff. Room and bathroom was spotless. Complimentary Breakfast had yogurt, hard boiled eggs and great coffee from 5am to 10am. No pool or gym but the rate was less expensive than other local hotels if you prefer to save a few bucks. The best part was the bed and pillows…….. super comfortable and I slept well. I had a great stay at Microtel.
