Reviewed 14 October 2016 cabin number 1 was very quiet in the corner of the property. Backyard fire pit allows clients to socialize together in the evening. Breakfast options of the highest quality. Great coffee. Overall very good hosts.

Reviewed 1 September 2016 Brian and Sara run a nice array of cabins and small motel in Phoenicia. We met many nice folks, chatted round the fire, rode bikes, and rafted down the Esopus Creek. Simple cabin living with ample services. We highly recommend.
