My family stayed at this B&B while attending a wedding at Mount Tremper. We had a terrific time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our adjourning rooms were charming and comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. There were lovely bouquets of fresh flowers in each room. The host Tom was welcoming and helpful and made us feel right at home. We highly...

This is absolutely a beautiful B&B right in the middle of Main Street. Very quaint outside, with clean and welcoming rooms. The proprietor, Tom, was gracious, informative, and very helpful during our stay. If we are ever back in this region again, this is where we will stay! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Violet's Suite a few weeks ago and it was lovely. We drove up from NYC on a Saturday morning, had lunch at the Phoenicia Diner (definitely recommend stopping there!) attempted a hike (little did we know there'd still be snow covering the trails in early April) and enjoyed a nice and relaxing evening in...

We had the Violet Room. It was very clean nicely decorated. Loved the smell I believe it was lavender. The owner was very nice and helpful. Talked for quite a while. We didn't have breakfast there we wanted to check out other places. Loved walking through the quaint town.

Stayed overnight during a recent ski trip with another couple in the Ardrey's Suite. Very clean accommodations and comfortable beds with interesting and cozy decor. Close enough to Belleayre Ski Resort and the restaurant/bar across the street has an excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Tom is a very friendly host. Will use again if the need arises.

We stayed at the Phoenecia Belle during October - in the Violet Suite. The bed was divinely comfortable and the decor really appealed to us - such attention to little details and an overall restful and charming ambience. The little kitchen is perfect. Breakfast was served by Tom, the charming and informative host and couldn't have been nicer. If you...

My husband and I were there during early August 2013 because our friends highly recommended the Belle. Being hikers, we were very happy to learn that our suite had a kitchen; we stowed our Camelbaks and other water bottles, along with our fruit, in our kitchen's refrigerator. Our host, Tom, was very knowledgeable about the local hiking trails and he...

This is a very well decorated and restored B&B right in Phoenicia. I was a bit worried that it may be noisy after reading an earlier comment and there are bikes and the odd truck but by the time we were ready to sleep it was quiet and did not disturb us. Breakfast which is optional was delicious, all fresh...

We were in Phoenicia, New York, permanent population about 350, for the Phoenicia Festival of the Voice, a four day program of full productions of opera, oratorio, recitals, etc. Since I was singing in the Verdi "Requiem" chorus, it was advisable to stay in town near to the rehearsal and concert facilites. We chose the Phoenicia Belle, which is a...

“Violet's Suite is the only one with a private bath. However, the other rooms that share a bath are equally attractive as is the bath. Not a lot of other bedrooms so sharing a bath may not be off-putting. Also, no TVs in the rooms, just in the common parlor.”
