We had a great time at this hotel last year, so much so that when the opportunity to go away for a week popped up we decided to come back this year. The hotel has changed from a Quality to a Clarion since then, but it remains the same with a good breakfast, friendly employees, and great location. Seems like some renovations continue, which they do an excellent job of making you unaware of. Look forward to seeing what takes shape after the renovations wrap up.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed overnight when coming to the area to pick up our child from college. We had to change our reservation the day before our arrival to accommodate our child staying with us. The change was made quickly and smoothly. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout the process. The room was clean and comfortable. All in all, a very nice place for our needs at an affordable price. The restaurant in the hotel is good, too.

On recent visit to Oswego my sons and I stayed at the Quality Inn. Not only is it on the amazing Oswego river, the restaurant there is amazing as well! The staff at quality Inn could not have been more hospitable. They were very welcoming and catered to our every need. It was very appreciated. If you are visiting Oswego, staying here is a must! Oh and the sunset view from the deck off the restaurant is amazing!

When I visit Oswego, I stay at the Quality Inn. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. I travel with pets and they are accommodating and fair when it comes to pet fees. I have asked for early check-in and late check-out and they always graciously agree. I had dinner in the lounge and my experience was relaxing, with considerate waitstaff and good food. The hotel is on the Oswego River, where it meets Lake Ontario, and it has wonderful views from rooms and the lounge.

I have stayed here 12 times in 2020. This hotel I’d exceptionally clean, and the staff is always exceptionally hospitable. Tammy, Connor & Nick at the front desk always make me feel exceptionally welcome. The restaurants have a great selection and the food is always exceptionally prepared. The morning hostess Donna always brightens my day. I love staying here! Thank you for all that you do to make me feel at home. You are truly exceptional!

We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased. They had a decent breakfast set up with safety protocols in place, some good evening entertainment on the deck, and a great location on the river. The hotel was very well insulated, there was a good bit of rain overnight and in the early mornings and i had would be none the wiser. The mattresses have seen better days, our prior hotel had new pillow tops so that did stand out a bit. All staff interactions were very very good, we would stay here again for sure!

We just got back from an overnight. We chose this place because of affordability and proximity to a family gathering. We have stayed at other Quality Inn properties in the past. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Coffee in the lobby was better than the coffee in the breakfast room. The breakfast was great! The woman who was working in the breakfast room was very pleasant and on top of everything. Cleaning and topping up things as needed. Wifi signal was a little low. We had an excellent view of the river. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you to all the staff we had the pleasure to interact with!

Other than in this day and age of flu/virus and stuff and the check in person (nice gentlemen) having the flu,. this was better than expected. the staff is friendly, esp the waitress at tin the breakfast rooim. Nice to see people so enthusiastic about their hoime town-with good reason. Hotel is modern, ?new, clean and comfy. Worth staying here.
