The territory of the hotel is quite large but all is very clever built, easy access to any place and nice views while walking. No crowds, we have always found sunbeds at sea or near pools or kids aqua park area. Everything is very clean, quite a lot of staff in any area if you need anything.
Food is fine, very big choice, nothing extraordinary but all fresh and can find to any taste. Hygiene and sanitary norms well followed.
Twice per week some thematic dinner like seafood and some local dishes. We preferred deluxe restaurant as less people, more personnel to help per person if needed.
Special thanks you to Emrah for professional service and our waiters in deluxe restaurant for help and attention.
Spa is also very good in this area, (There is another one in main building too), fantastic masseuse Asli, thank you so much fro your efforts!
Kids club is amazing, various activities, responsibility, my son didn't want to leave every day from there!
Every day evening shows with dancing, decorations, we had Artik & Asti concert end August.
Decent choice of drinks in the bars, live piano every evening in the inside bars.
Will definitely come back.

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at Alva Donna. The food was delicious (I forgot what hunger feels like for 2 weeks) and plentiful, the staff was very attentive and nice. The hotel is definitely oriented towards families with children and there are multiple pools and attractions for kiddos. The beach was sandy but the entry into the sea was rocky.
The rooms themselves were neat and clean, although we had to change rooms because at first we were put into a room on the first floor overlooking... a fence. Not that pretty. The second room was facing a loading area with somewhat loud ACs. So beware of that - the hotel may not provide you with the water view that you might expect. From what I understand, it is common for the hotel.
Alva Donna positions itself as a "green hotel", so I would like to make a suggestion for the hotel to switch from plastic straws wrapped in plastic film to paper straws wrapped in paper. I have seen plenty of discarded straws and wrappers around which ultimately end up in the water. The amount of singe use plastics is concerning and not eco-friendly at all. I understand it is still pandemic time but some small beneficial adjustments could be made.

Great hotel, great facilities, adults and kids had a great time.
The hotel is big and there are many activities, pools etc... so even when the hotel was fully booked (during our stay), we didn't feel that it was over crowded, we even found ourselves alone in the indoor pool, and in addition there is no queue for the slides, so this is great for the kids (the kid was sliding the hall day!).
On the very positive side:
The hotel in general, pools, slides, activities and entertainment (kids and adults), bars, kids club, rooms and service - top level service starting from reception and everywhere you go.
Special thanks to Ali from the main building bar, really nice person and makes great cocktails, in addition he is a great example for the top level service in this hotel.
There is not much on the negative side, but for me personally the food in the main restaurant was not that great, I mean the variety is crazy, there is meat, fish, pasta, salads soups and many more, but I can say that for my personal taste only like 20% was good, which by the way is more then enough in this case, I was never hungry.
Few examples:
The meat and the fish were always dry, I guess some people might like it that way but for me it's just too dry.
The deserts were tasteless in most cases, again the variety is crazy, so you need to find the good 1-2 out of the 100 options.
There was a sushi theme one evening which is great, problem is the sushi was really bad, the quality was really low.
Another point is cleaning, the room was clean in general but you can see that the maid only cleaned the floor in the visible parts. I think that it's vital to clean also the non visible parts of the room like under the bed or around it at least from time to time.

We stayed at Alva Donne Belek from July 3rd until July 8th to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and to provide my 4-year-old daughter entertainment options such as Slides, parks and pools.
We had booked our room as a standard room on the standard side of the hotel and because I had mentioned earlier while booking the kind receptionist (I can’t remember her name) upgraded our room to a sea view room. From this point onwards as an ex-hotelier I started to look out for issues and problems.
Food & Restaurants
The food is not good its amazing. I have never been to an hotel that provides this variety of meals and including the homemade touch. There were Turkish dishes, international dishes & Russian dishes to serve every pallet. I think I might have gained about 5 KG’s in 1 week because of this. Because of these meals I ate a lot and got sick. One of the Chefs Ibrahim was kind enough to prepare me hardboiled potatoes and a cold stomach remedy. Additional to this all staff was amazing to note some exceptional ones is Ramazan from the Main Restaurant and the team that helped me acquire some corn on the cob for my daughter. Every other day there is a time from 15.00 – 15.30 that the staff offers corn on the cob. But by the time I was there on all 3 occasions I was unable to get some for my daughter. In order to get that Niyazi & Durmus from Turka Restaurant and Mustafa, Yasar & Erhan from the Deluxe restaurant had to pull some strings to get a special corn order for us. My daughter was very happy in the end so thank you very much for making her smile.
Guest Services
The hotel was kind enough to send us a bottle of wine, fruit & small cake for our anniversary as well as allowing us to book a table by the pool side at the Deluxe restaurant. That was amazing.
Housekeeping / Engineering
I don’t know how they do it, but the housekeeping and engineering staff are amazing as well. The only problem is they are too fast. I remember asking for room cleanup via phone and housekeeping was knocking on my door in 2 mins. I had to make them wait a bit, but they are trough and clean to perfection. I would like to thank Nermin and all the team that oversaw the 2nd floor of the spa tower. Addition to this the entire resort is clean and is well kept. Nothing is overlooked. The same goes to the Engineering team. I had issues with the AC and my TV they came only 5 mins I hangup and solved my request before I was back to my room.

I would come here again this is probably the best hotel I have every stayed in my entire life. If you like perfection and care come here.

We had a splendid holiday season in Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel Belek Bogazkent in summer 2021 on August and on October, 4 adults and 1 child. The atmosphere, location, nature, accomodation and especially the people who working here are making this place worth of it: beautiful pure nature with its parks and luxurious gardens, delicious cusine from the best chefs, exciting night programs and parties. There are a lot of good reviews about the hotel, so shortly would mention that I believe that everybody who is chosing this hotel is staying in a wonderful mood and highly satisfied with its service. We’ve just returned from Alva Donna Belek and we’re really disappointed with our experience. The main thing that spoilt our stay was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. When we enquired about this we were told that the air conditioning is set centrally (so all that is in the room is a fan not a thermostat) and that a decision had been made to turn it off as the weather was “cool”. Whilst we were there the daytime temperatures were still over 30 degrees and although cooler outside in the evenings the rooms were still 25 degrees at night. None of us had a good night sleep the entire time we were away and even the baby was sweating and waking up dehydrated. We complained about this most days and noticed that like us others were also sleeping with the balcony doors open, but still nothing was done. We’ve been to Turkey many times in the past (in October too) and have never had this problem at other hotels. I appreciate that energy costs are going up worldwide but when you pay for a 5 star hotel that is what you expect.
We were also disappointed by the lack of a proper kids menu in the a la carte restaurants.
The air con issue was a real shame as otherwise the decor, pools and beach at this hotel are good. Our eldest loved the kids pool and unlike other hotels we’ve been to even the main pool was heated. It was all just let down by the fact we didn’t sleep.

I have been to many “All Inclusive” resorts. This one one is by one of the best I have been in.
We chose this hotel because it has everything we need: good food, nice rooms, great pool and beach, and most importantly because it is not massive in size because we have in our group 3 elderlies who cannot walk long distances.
I have to say that the service is beyond expected: very friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend this hotel for whoever coming to Antalya

We're just coming to the end of our stay at Alva Donna as a family of 6 from the UK with kids aged 14, 10, 8 and 4.
Arrived at about 0230 in the morning but check in was friendly and efficient.
We were upgraded on arrival to the deluxe rooms and because we are a large family we had 2 rooms, 2299 and 2296.
Rooms superb. Plenty of space and we'll appointed with really good AC.
Special mention to Rahmiye in housekeeping and hopefully management read this review. She was fantastic for the whole stay. So friendly and smiling whenever we saw her and kept our rooms spotless for our entire stay. Please management, give her an acknowledgement for her excellent work!
The food is incredible. Plenty of choice and variation. My first time on an all inclusive so I was wary of the waistline, but it's not difficult to eat well and healthily with loads of fresh fruits, salads, fish and grilled meats.
Again as a large family, we were slightly worried we'd find space for us at meal times but regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner, we never struggled to find a table for 6 of us.

My eldest son and I liked the 2 Starbucks on site so had our morning coffee from there each day.
All our kids loved the pools and numerous waterslides. I challenge any kid to get bored when staying here. So many options for entertainment in the evenings. We went to a few of the shows on the main arena when we were there and they were excellent and very impressive.

Obviously there are exceptions to the rule, but they seem to generally be an unsmiling, cold bunch who don't know how to say thankyou and please, whether to other guests or staff. But that being said, I'd much rather sit in an all inclusive with cold Russians than boozed up, loud Brits.
All in all, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this resort. We've had a fantastic time. The staff have all been excellent, our youngest enjoyed the kids club on the couple of times we took her there. The Beach is lovely, loads of pools and slides, excellent and varied food and drink and overall fantastic facilities.
Arrived at about 0230 in the morning but check in was friendly and efficient.
We were upgraded on arrival to the deluxe rooms and because we are a large family we had 2 rooms, 2299 and 2296.
Rooms superb. Plenty of space and we'll appointed with really good AC.
Special mention to Rahmiye in housekeeping and hopefully management read this review. She was fantastic for the whole stay. So friendly and smiling whenever we saw her and kept our rooms spotless for our entire stay. Please management, give her an acknowledgement for her excellent work!
The food is incredible. Plenty of choice and variation. My first time on an all inclusive so I was wary of the waistline, but it's not difficult to eat well and healthily with loads of fresh fruits, salads, fish and grilled meats.
Again as a large family, we were slightly worried we'd find space for us at meal times but regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner, we never struggled to find a table for 6 of us.

First of all I would like to start with the positives which are the hotel is beautiful it’s very clean and beds are very comfortable, cleaners work very hard and they are constantly working hard to make the hotel look lovely. The negatives for us as a family were: 50% of staff were rude and also felt like they avoided us and served others before us when going for lunch and you were lucky to even get a smile from some staff. We tried to speak some Turkish as to be polite and staff really appreciated this but we found some rude it would of been nice to see the English flag but I think every other country but ours was up, I was even stood at the pool bar where 3 others came along and got served before me and it wasn’t even busy! We were one of maybe 2 English family’s, I know you can’t help who is on the hotel but even entertainment and pool games weren’t repeated in English this is our 6th time to Turkey and this is a first for us. Food hall was dangerous as other visitors were pushing shoving or rude again a first for us and we have been to many all inclusive hotels. Food options weren’t very varied a lot of casseroles and not very warm. Shops inside hotel including hairdressers were double the price of the shops outside the hotel. Entertainment was on really late as to previous hotels we’ve been to and only usually 30mins it took us a while to find out where kids entertainment was as in previously all done on the same stage. I think it would be helpful if staff had a badge on with the flags of what languages they spoke as I was concerned as children were climbing up the water slides when not on (obviously down to parents but I wanted to make them aware). If you forget to take your phone to lunch your done for too no menus just QR codes to scan I know it’s probably easier when there is so many languages but would be nice to look at a menu especially in the À la carte restaurant we just had to scan and didn’t even know how to order ect. Pool games were fun but our 11 year old was disappointed he wasn’t allowed on the inflatable, Overall we had mare negatives this is why we scored low, but if a few changes could be made I’m sure it would be a 5star

Stayed in Deluxe building, room was very nice and clean, enough space. Many restaurants in the area, so good quality food was always available. Special thanks to sports team, there was lot of good group trainings available.
The drop of tar in honeypot was by Coral Travel - booked yacht trip for a day for 1200€, picked yacht from Coral Travel booklet. It was supposed to be 5 hours at the sea with 3 stops, yacht was supposed to be built in 2016 and renovated 2020 and to have air conditioned cabins (confirmed specially by Coral Travel agent at hotel). As Coral Travel driver was late for 1 hour, the time at the sea was 4h not 5. At the port it turned out yacht was built in 2002, not 2016 as promised. When complained, agent said he is not dealing with complaints and gave me the phone number, where nobody answered. In his eyes compensation for mess was 3€ bottle of local sparkling wine. So don't buy anything from Coral Travel, their booklets are full of lies and agents lie to you without blinking the eye.
