We have just returned from a 7 night stay here as two family’s Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned beautifully everyday with fresh bottled water topped up in the fridge daily. Food was ok but very repetitive. The Italian a la Carte was awful we actually walked out mid meal and decided to finish our meal in the main restaurant which was disappointing as we were looking forward to the a la Carte. However the snack bar by the beach was brilliant open 12-4 which served burgers, pizzas and kebabs all made to order. Also there is a lady that makes flatbreads to order in the afternoon which are amazing! As one of only a few English people we did find the staff tried hard to make us feel welcome although they could speak very little English. The hotel mainly caters for Russians with majority of the entertainment also in Russian. The bars were good with a good range of branded spirits. Gizem on the bar was incredible she was welcoming and always had a big smile on her face. Furkan and Deniz on the bar were great too! Ferro and Dogan of the entertainment team were fantastic and spent a lot of time with us whilst there. There was another lady that did the aqua aerobics I didn’t manage to catch her name but she had more interest in mine and my friends husbands than us as family’s which I found a little in appropriate being as this is supposed to be a family hotel. Pools and the private beach were great and kept clean all the time. The children really enjoyed the two water slides. I was apprehensive due to previous bad reviews but have been pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would say let’s it down is the food.

The hotel was great, the food was very nice, our rooms were clean The animation team was a bomb, especially OMER FARUK, with his unending energy, did not leave us short of activities and dancing. I thank him very much. This place is exceptional for a perfect relaxation, and the evening music is very good, we had the most fun and dancing

The very kind and professional team of the hotel. The restaurant teams were always very kind as well as the bar, reception, and housekeeping colleagues. The food every day was very tasty!
Special thanks to Hussain lifeguard! He was very positive!
We had a great room with a beautiful interior and AC! Sea and the beach were very clean! It a a great place for swimming! The swimming pool was also nice👍
We tried Thai, Balinese, and Sports massages. They were amazing!!! I would like to express my special thanks to the ladies, our massage specialists. They were very professional!
I am sorry to say, but did not like the spa reception and spa promoters. They were very pushy in promoting their services. Meeting them several times per day by accident, we always were asked multiple times aggressively with irony if we booked services and SPA already. In my opinion, they communicate disrespectfully with potential clients. Also, male spa employee entered ladies changing room, while I was changing my clothes. And he did not leave immediately. Which is for me mind-blowing!
There were many families with kids in the hotel, so there was always a lot of noise. If you are just a couple, I would recommend choosing an adults-only hotel.
Also, the furniture and interiors were quite new, still, I would recommend to make a small restoration of the hotel. AC was not working well in many rooms (of our family members) and hallways. Also, air ventilation in common areas and the restaurant looks a little scary on the ceilings as it has mold.
The gym is very dirty and there was no air conditioning there. Many machines and dumbbells are broken. Anyways, the gym was much bigger than other hotel gyms I saw in Turkey. There is also a tennis court, but it was too hot to play, so we did not try it, unfortunately.
The inner pool is closed and not working.

Hotel is not bad in generally. It is really family hotel. Animation is very soft, they are too young and unexperienced. The services people are smilely, they try to do the best for you.
You eat turkey and chicken in lunch and dinner. Only one day they do fish day at dinner, it is very tasty.
Please try some fresh cocktail in cocktail bar. Mr. Seyfettin qnd Ms. Buse works very good and do good decorated and fresh cocktail.
They said all inclusive for 24 hours and fresh orange juice is free in voucher but you should not find any drink after 01.00 oclock and you could not find orange juice in the hotel.
Also please do not try trattoria italian a la carte restaurant, it is very very bad. You could eat in the restaurant in spite of eating in a la carte restaurant.
Hotel rooms are very clean and they clean every day.
Pools are clean but aquapark is very small.

Pros:small so everything is close and compact, animators for adults had good program.
Cons: we, our relatives and many others were pleased in worse rooms then paid for (we had paid for direct sea view and were given side view only, my mother paid for a room with a terrace and they were placed on a ground floor that smelled like mold and had no terrace.
In our room wother wasn't working, lights in the bathroom as well, air-cond. Was leaking in the room, it was extremely noisy as the fridge. The windows were very old and not holdind the glass and so you hear all the noise like you are outside, no chance for a child to sleep. At the same time you hear everything from other rooms.
We have asked for a baby bad and potty, nothing was in the room so when we arrived at 12 in the night we needed to arrange all of that and wait. Potty was proved day later.
On the terrace there was 1 chair and after 5 calls and visits to reception and each time a promise to bring it after 10 mins this never happened. Juice is bad quality and the fresh juice on the brecfest was just for decoration as it was 1 and it was taking each person 10 min to fill a cup of juice.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it's extremely overpriced for what you get as for the same prise we visited others much better hotels. This hotel is 3+ maximum, not a 5 star for sure.

We went as a family of 4 with another family of 4 and we had a lovely time. However, if you are English and are wanting an English holiday but with the sun, then this isn’t a holiday for you. It is a Russian area and even people who worked in hotel said it is predominantly Russians. This wasn’t a problem for us because we went with friends so we made our own fun. The entertainment is mainly in Russian but some of it is still fun to watch.
There were lots of reviews saying the hotel staff don’t speak English, this isn’t true. There are a lot of staff that speak very good English. They are all so friendly and are very welcoming of the English. The entertainment staff are brilliant and our favourite waiter Chat couldn’t do enough for us!
The food in the food hall is very similar each day and there isn’t a lot that the kids liked. The decor is very dated, which is a shame as we found this was the hotels biggest let down. However the snack bar, where we ate most lunch times is amazing. They do fresh pizza, chicken burritos, burgers, pizza and salad and it is cooked fresh and delicious. There is also a lady that makes fresh Turkish bread everyday, that is lovely.
The drink choice is a bit disappointing and the cocktails weren’t as nice as I was expecting.
We were worried about the rooms but ours was a connecting room with the kids and it was really spacious. The towels were changed and beds made daily. The air con was great.
The pool was lovely and they work so hard to keep it clean. There were sun beds available everyday.
Overall it was a lovely holiday and if the hotel just had a bit of updating it would be great.

My family felt excellent. The conditions were very good, the food even better, the hotel staff were very kind, always helpful with a smile on their faces. But the icing on the cake were the animators who maintained the atmosphere for both children and adults with different activities: darts, volleyball, table tennis, water games, yoga, aerobics...etc. and every night they did different shows.

The toilets in bedrooms are very dirty and it smells disgusting. No proper bedsheets on the bed, on one side there was no cover on the mattress and we could see stains everywhere. Food is ok but loads of reusing dishes from previous meals etc. Entertainment was focused on guests from Russia so our kids didn’t understand anything in kids club or kids disco, shows they played Russian music and talking in Russian. After performance show in the evening there is no entertainment for adults or any parties. Day time is only few games for adults like volleyball and darts, yoga and Zumba while in the hotel beside they had foam party and much more. Staff was nice and friendly but other than that I would not be back in this place.

We came with friends to Fun&Sun to relax from the bustle of the city. Having rested from the road, we went to the cocktail bar for a cooling drink. We were met at the bar by chef bartender Seyfettin, who gave us a fabulous show and prepared delicious cocktails for us!
For a week, every evening the bartender delighted us with his exclusive drinks! He simply worked miracles! Not only we, but also other tourists were absolutely delighted!

We stayed at the hotel from 9th to 16th August and really enjoyed it. The room was great. They clean it every day and really do a great job. We were very nicely looked after. I would like to mention Ksenia who really was there to answer any questions and provide all support. Kemal was one of the waiters who we interacted mostly with and I truly can say he is very nice and looked after us perfectly.
Last but not least, the biggest recommendation goes to bartender Sayfettin. He is absolutely awesome. Every evening he was entertaining us and creating a great atmosphere at his bar. Very charismatic and always ready to serve the customers in the best way possible. We absolutely loved the cocktails he was making. He was always willing to make unalcoholic cocktails for kids and was always making extra efforts to make them happy. He is definately one of the strongest assets that hotel has.
Last but not least, the biggest recommendation goes to bartender Sayfettin. He is absolutely awesome. Every evening he was entertaining us and creating a great atmosphere at his bar.
