Just returned from an amazing 11 night stay in this fabulous adults only hotel. What can I say......... everything from the food, drink, entertainment, cleanliness and accommodation was in my opinion 5* The staff were great and very attentive to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble. My husband had a bad back and neck and the reception staff arranged for a mattress topper and soft pillows to be added to our room. The staff in the restaurants were all wonderful, they always greeted you with a lovely smile and service was first class. The lovely ambience of the A la carte restaurant did not fail to impress and the food was plentiful. There is a beautiful large impressive swimming pool, the perfect place to chill and sunbathe with plenty of sunbeds and a great outside snack bar. The hotel has its own part of a lovely beach which is well maintained. The public areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean there was always somebody cleaning the area. A special mention to all the Tui team especially Inan and Laura. Laura's exercise classes were professional but fun albeit very warm in the heat - you could join in if you wanted but was not put under pressure. We will definitely be returning, didn't want our holiday to end.

I stayed here for ten days with my boyfriend. It is a wonderful hotel, very clean, amazing swimming pool, great food and snacks all day long. It really has everything you need for a relaxing, chilled out break. The swimming pool is huge and never feels busy. There are so many sun beds but they can be reserved from 8am. Most of the beds are taken by 10am!
The staff are all very friendly and do so much for you. Thank you to the amazing Laura, she is one of the tui activity reps. Although not an official rep for the British, she is a great person to go to for advice on Belek, the hotel and activities. The hotel is mainly filled with German and Dutch people, there was only around 20 British staying within this hotel.
The area around the hotel is not busy, there is not much to do. We got a taxi into Belek with return for €35. We were okay with this price, however, you can get a bus outside the hotel for €5. We visited the land of legends for the shopping and night display of lights. This was €45 return fee for a private taxi. The land of legends has amazing shopping and great food options.
Key point - do not do the Watersports boat trip by the beach, they will try and sell it to you when you’re lying around the pool. It was far too overpriced and not a good experience. Stick to the tui boat trips we heard much better reviews from this and far cheaper. Big mistake there.

Well spent 10 nights at this hotel, all I can say for us is fabulous we have stayed in TUI Blue adults only in various countries and this is one of the best, on the drive up we were a little concerned but once went inside it was WOW, reception lovely, rooms large spacious and clean, bed comfortable free mini bar replenished daily and safe, dressing gown and slippers supplied.
Local spirit Alcohol is ok but Absolute vodka, Findlande & Smirnoff also included, jagesmister also included, beer is ok but can vary from bar to bar 4 bar which one is a 24 hr bar. food is excellent there is something for everyone wether diet or vegan vegetarian, lovely patisserie, pool restaurant lovely snacks for waffles ice cream is brilliant.
Now moving on to the staff, Kann the operation manager is a lovely man very pleasant and smiling,
Ibrihim is the customer service what and absolute delight the young man is he is so helpful and wants to to anything to make your stay more enjoyable, he is so passionate about the hotel and the guests he is a real asset to the hotel💙. Thank you for our chats
Laura the TUI animation team, who does the fitness and aqua aerobics, then deals with the guest on an evening, she is always running around speaking to guests trying to help and give advice to everyone, she is always trying to ensure that everyone has a great time, she has an infectious personality and management should Know how lucky they are to have her as she works extremely hard and we miss you 💕
Shout out to my lovely Omar (my Olam) such a lovely smiling young man you have been a pleasure everyday you work so hard and long hours but always smiling🥰 also Neflsie beautiful smile 🥰

I cannot recommend this hotel enough it’s is beautiful pool is stunning.
Only suggestions which I have Ibrihim was to have some sandwiches as we arrived at 0300am and were hungry but to be fair went to 24hr bar and ate fruit from cocktails 🤣
Also you need to take an iron as hotel does not have them they will do laundry/ iron for a price

I have been meaning to write this review for ages, so things there may have changed. The staff may not be the same.
I can say that this hotel was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Why?
Food was amazing! So nice to eat outside by the pool. Excellent salad and food selection. Perfect that you have the option of waiter service at the other restaurant for lunch. Also the A la Carte meal was superb.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Loved that the beach had single parasols and not that huge canvas cover that some have.
Bar on the beach, nice and convenient.
Need shoes for the sea as it shelves and has sharp shells and pebbles.
Room was modern, comfortable and clean.
Balcony was compact but was enough for a couple of chairs and a table.
The shops were great for bags and jewellery plus one for all your essentials.
Huge pool. Very well maintained grounds.
Drinks were good. Large selection.
Would definitely return to this hotel one day. We keep comparing others to this for the food and they just don’t compare. This was the best for meals.
One tip for guests... use mosquito repellent in the evenings.
Photos show the various parts of the hotel and accommodation. I don't think much has changed!

This holiday was originally booked for 2020, but due to covid was deferred to June this year so we were hoping for a relaxing two weeks doing nothing but chilling out which is exactly what we got. The hotel is lovely, couldn't fault the food, the drink and the service we got was excellent. Must give a particular mention to Laura and Inan, the daytime activity reps, for their friendliness, fun and helpfulness in involving everybody and also Fatma in the restaurant for her great service. The main criticism would be the fact that the hotel and most of the evening entertainment is geared towards the German holidaymakers. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there was not a room available and that we had to spend our first night in a disabled room which did cause some distress as it meant that we couldn't unpack properly and then had to repack what we did use and move to another room the next day. We did visit the Culinarium for one meal and it was alright but I wouldn't rave about it, especially as we were charged for the wine. Mehmet, the Tui rep did say that he would sort this out as a measure of compensation for the room mix up, but on checking out we were told that we still had a bill for 64 Euros which we told reception that Mehmet was going to pay. We also had a problem with printing off the return flight boarding passes which Mehmet said that he could not help us with because he did not have any authorisation to get into the computer system. We eventually managed to get them printed. There was no welcome meeting or information handed out about the hotel, trips etc. We were just told to check on the Tui Blue App. Just to repeat, the hotel itself is lovely and I would recommend staying there but the Tui rep leaves a lot to be desired.

We have just returned from a fabulous two week stay , never have we had such a relaxed holiday , aided by the wonderful staff from waitresses to bar staff and even the wonderful young man who cleaned our sun bed table and emptied our rubbish pot daily ( a thankless task but always done with a smile ) thank you all and not forgetting the cleaners our room always looking great , the holiday reps especially Laura who was always so happy and cheerful literally from the moment we arrived when she greeted us warmly , every day we were drawn by her enthusiasm and I might add the number of people taking part in her water fitness classes , we have never ever seen that many in the water for these classes , a testament to her professionalism and popularity thank you Laura. I can honestly say that we never had any complaints about the food which was always excellent wherever we ate so many thanks to all the catering staff , a quick mention for Mehmet the TUI holiday rep at the hotel , we had a problem on our way but he sorted it immediately thank you Mehmet. So thank you all for contributing to our wonderful holiday

I have a lot to say about this hotel. To start with my family and i arrived at this hotel at 5am and were only given a room at 2pm. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep however the manager did not care and even ignored us constantly. So if you expect to get the managers attention i’d advice you go to another hotel. The only staff at the reception who was kind and friendly through out our whole stay was Ozde. Even after waiting for so long we had to pay for an upgrade because the rooms were quite small and we were a family of 5. On the other hand the scenery was absolutely beautiful and there were constantly activities to do, from pool activities to water slides your children will always be occupied. The entertainment was also great thanks to Ozzy such an amazing staff with such great character. The first family room they gave us had mold in the shower and was not cleaned propely we had to wait 2 days for a room changed. When we did have our room change there was a lizard in our bathroom so i would advice you to have your balcony closed if you don’t want any visitors. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt like i was sleeping on wood. The food was okay i could tell that they re-heated some of the food as it did not taste fresh.

The hotel is amazing, huge massive pool, rooms only have a shower but that suited us as we always have showers, room looked over the pool & out over the sea which was fab, the whole lay out of the hotel is fantastic, if you go here u will have the pleasure of meeting ALI the pool bar member of staff, he is fantastic, he was in my mind the best member of staff, always greeted us with a smile & good morning every morning, he never needed to be asked for drinks after 1st couple of days of being there as he got to know what drinks we liked & to me that shows a real dedication to us & he is fully dedicated to providing the best 100% customer service from 10am when the pool bar opens up until midnight when it closes & he would appear with our drinks with a smile on his face & nothing was ever to much trouble for him. He needs to be rewarded for giving his all to his job & for making our stay amazing there. He kept his bar spotlessly clean, he was always walking round asking people if they needed drinks & he always had a huge smile on his face, he truly made our holiday extra special for us so a massive thank you to ALI the pool bar member of staff, also the one other member of staff I would like to congratulate was HASAN who we only got to have the pleasure of providing us drinks the last 3 evenings in the restaurant, the rest of the staff for the other 11 days would walk past saying “morning” to us & then proceeded to leave us sitting there without coming to take our drink order, terrible service, every morning we had to find a member of staff to ask for drinks in the restaurant yet we noticed other guests coming in after us & getting served drinks before us, who knows why as we were not rude to any staff member. When I did try to find a manager to mention it to them, they were no where to be seen, was not happy at all with the service from the restaurant staff, for breakfast lunch & dinner & decided the last 2 days to go to the snack bar for lunch where the staff were fab & they put the restaurant staff to shame, the last 3 evenings HASAN served us drinks as soon as we sat down for dinner & was great, he smiled & greeted us & promptly got our drinks, so he also needs to be recognised for his amazing service as well as ALI but the rest of the restaurant staff need to be taught not to have their “favourite” guests but to treat all guests the same & be courteous to all guests, not just their favourite guests.

Have just returned from 7 days, taking away the absolute nightmare the journey and airport was as this isn't the hotels fault. It was a nice week. Can't really say any more than nice, wasn't bad just wasn't anything to make us want to return.
Pros Great size pool Never a issue with beds we are early risers but some days we slept in and still got great beds at 10am. Quiet, some music and one pool party which didn't last long however nice a chilled Perfect location right on the beach Snack bar food for lunch, freshly cooked and delicious. Cold water bottle fridges all around hotel and pool even beach section. Cake shop... serves cakes and ice cream from 12 till 5pm Friendly staff, especially the girls at the sunset bar.
Cons Cocktails were really weak and poorly made. Mojito was u drinkable (see pic ) Main restaurant food selection was basic and the same everyday first holiday both of us survived on chicken for 7 days ! Really poor maintenance. Safe broke, door locked us out and wouldn't open for 3 hours, showers wouldnt drain so flood the floor..air con was cranked low and still barely cooled the room. wiring exposed..holes in ceilings or missing tiles.. just felt a little grubby. The pictures show bright rooms but there are dark and poorly lit..mirrors are also all tinted. Even with do not disturb signs staff still tried to get into our room most days Late check out can not be looked at till the day you leave, and 10 euro an hour IF after packing and getting ready they then say u can stay longer..

I am currently on day 2 in the hotel. Before coming here I have viewed not tonever be in an All inclusive in Turkey, but my wife convinced me to try one last time. I need to say this hotel and especially the staff is really amazing, extremely attentive and friendly. They are always offering something to eat and drink, the manager is the face of the hotel and what a person he is! He is all day running around making sure all is perfect and pushing his team to do better with a continuous smile and constant greeting of guests. The hotel itself is not outdated and quite, not Entertainment music to disturb the adult guests. Food all over is of very good quality and everything tastes really good. Chef Ismail from the restaurant waited 10 mins for me to offer me what I previously, and actually forgot about, asked for. Bravo!
