Relaxing in the hotel for the fourth day, the hotel exceeded our expectations!
Checked in right after arrival, 11:00, room available.
The room is perfectly photo-compliant, light and spacious, the view through the panoramic windows is chic! On TV 6 Russian channels, cleaning daily, minibar also daily replenished (cola, fanta, sprite, berry, mineral). The safe is free.
The food is so high in my opinion! Food on every corner.
In four days, there were shrimp, mussels and baked lamb. Fish, chicken, veal every day. There are baby and vegan dishes. Cheeses for breakfast are of many kinds. Pizza, burgers, fries are delicious, made right away with you.
Not strong in alcohol, but alcohol-free cocktails made whatever you asked for, juices about 6 kinds. Ice cream and fruit ice are also 6-7 types in packages.
The pool and water park are high, swimming and children and adults, everyone has room. There's a lifeguard on duty by the pool.
In the mornings at 5:30 you hear prayer from the mosque (because it is nearby), in the first morning jumped from surprise, then normal))
Beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, there's always room. The only downside is not particularly clean sand where the sunbeds are standing. There's a snack bar on the beach, too, so we can eat.
The entrance to the sea is sharp, sand and pebbles. We only bathe in aquazoks, so it doesn't hurt your feet to come in. The sea itself is clear.
There is a minibus to the beach and back from the hotel every 10 minutes, but also not far away on foot, 7 minutes in a leisurely step.
In the evening there are mini-discos for children and then live music for adults hours until 10:30-23, if with small children, ask for a house away from the stage, because they sing loud enough.
Overall everything is great, we are delighted, the staff are very friendly, friendly, especially Rumia and Denise!

The hotel is good overall. Our request was - relative silence (the baby is 9 months old and at 20h she is already asleep), clear sea, near the hotel and sand on the beach, availability of simple baby food.
What we have:
The room is nice, away from the pool and animation, but the joy was until the next morning (when the ezan started at 5 a.m. (closed windows don't help and if a sensible sleep, you will definitely wake up) The child thank God didn't wake up almost, but my husband and I always do).
Next, food - there's no question. Various, delicious, there are simple dishes for children, children's tables and cute waiters who swept the floor 1500 times during each meal:)
Pools. COLD! It's 26 degrees and the nursery is even smaller! Yes, there's a water park for kids, but they're never there, why don't the small pools warm up - it's not clear, but we're tempered and if you want to swim)
The sea. Warm and morning and evening, clean, no seaweed, no garbage, BUT the beach is far from sand rather pebbles+sand (a child, small, naturally, we brought it in and was normal, but if the children go - such a beach is a problem. Either corals or kicking feet (pebbles in squirrels made me a little shocked, I've been here three times and there was real SAND. And also minus (for children) depth - about 5 meters and adults have no bottom.
Territory. It's almost gone, 2-3 storey Bungalows, reception, playground, restaurant, bars, kids club, center two pools and that's it. We picked it up, did a full circle with the stroller in nine minutes. But we were OK, we had no time to walk.
But if you have to walk, only off the property.
Service. Well, we needed a kettle - dali, minibar was replenished, room was cleaned (sometimes not so good...), asked to fix the air conditioning - come. But Waiters, some people at the reception don't understand English at all (I'm a teacher and tried to speak both correctly and just didn't work), but the husband speaks fluent Turkish and there was no problem )
Conclusion: if you look for the downsides, you can find a lot of them: mosque across the street, lack of territory, pebbles, cold water in the pool, the staff doesn't understand English , but we decided not to tarnish our holiday - and looked for the upside, turning a blind eye to the shortcomings.

Incredible hotel! Everything is top level! Food, rooms, children's animation. The water park is ideal for young children of preschool and primary school age, no dangerous places, no dangerous depth. My kids ran from slide to slide to enthusiastic cries 😅 about food you want to write extra - eat everything! Fish every day, both steamed and grilled. Soups are also varied, yesterday was even BORSCH!!! 😅 Baking 🥐 and desserts, including Turkish - very delicious, fruit: melon, watermelon, cherry, apples, plums, pear. All in all is well!!! A hotel you really want to go back to. I particularly want to acknowledge the work of the staff. They're so hardworking, curly all the time - they do things, tortillas, coffee, tea - they don't stand still. And also separately I want to thank the guest relations worker - Rumia - she constantly helped us 😅 then we can't leave to Antalya, then we can't figure out how to withdraw money. Rumiya, thank you so much!!! You made our holiday full!! Thanks to the entire crystal team! Already want to go back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Overall, the hotel is fine. You can go with the kids, we have two kids, ages 9 and 13. The eldest was a bit boring there, a roller coaster eight or nine years old, probably, even though grown-up uncles and aunts rode.
It's not an A, I'd say a B with a B. Room was cleaned every day, horses are eaten, hot water and pressure hardly ran, beach pebbles are large and small in a jumble, going in/out hurts. Walked once in the early morning, as written earlier, there are empty cups, garbage is lying around, generally like a public beach))
Ala-car generally sucks, signed up, came to the beach they run, ordered...
They didn't bring what they asked for. When asked why chicken legs and not fish, the answer is simple: finished, eat what you gave)))
The hotel itself consists of 2 storey houses for 4 families. We lived on the 2nd floor, near the stage, sang mostly in Turkish, the songs are long, capaca of course, for 10-15 minutes probably... but it didn't stop us from staying up, we came there, hung out with the Turks.))
Alcohol is available: Bells, Kapitan Morgan, Baileys....
Local alcohol is not good.
Beer pours, no use drinking, doesn't take at all, toilet will get tired of walking)
The territory is very small, you do not walk around, there is nowhere to go but the beach, except to local shops, prices there space, 3 times more expensive than in Kazan.
Men, take cigarettes with a reserve, a pack of cigarettes 6-8 bucks, and mine for 189p is much better ))
P.S. We had a wedding anniversary, we were supposed to bring a present, never heard back... we didn't push and beg.

Started writing a review while in the hotel, I'll tell you right away, the hotel was chosen on the basis of reviews and recommendations tour agency. The area of the hotel is not large, everything is within walking distance , even too much, but for families with children it can even be more convenient sitting in a restaurant you can quickly go to the children's room to check the children, etc. There are virtually no green areas. The nursery is nice, the babysitters too, the kids love them and constantly ask to go there so they're interested in that plus. The fitness room can be said no, the smell of rubber and constantly everything is scattered, not comfortable there and has no facilities for sports. Finnish sauna normal, hamam never worked in nine days. The food is delicious, varied, the waiters clean everything up like bees all the time, well done. There are no fresh juices, there were not fresh vegetables and fruits caught, isolated times. There's not much entertainment to say, darts during the day and songs in the evening. Swimming pool and slides are normal, but the staff don't really monitor the safety of the kids on the slides from here and the injuries... We had a family room, two rooms, cleaning every day, water and drinks are replenished every day too, there's no noise insulation, it's like there's no windows from the street at all, you can hear everything next door. The view from the construction window, and the mosque next to , the azan was listened to several times each day. At the reception Rumia is of course a very polite and courteous woman, thank her, well done. When they cleaned up, they never found the white shirt with the towels. Getting to the sea is not a problem, the bus from the hotel is 3min and you are there, driving every 15min. It is very convenient. The beach is normal, the sand, the pebbles, the sunbeds, the mini bar ice cream and the snack are all no problem in that regard. In general, five stars this hotel is not home to four at most. With something to compare for that money it's not the best, but it's not the worst. I don't think we'll be here again. Also, the room smelled like cigarettes sometimes blew through the bathroom vent, apparently there were personalities who smoked in their toilets, generally smoke everywhere, it's not pleasant.

This is not 5* - more like a 2*
Used as temporary accommodation due to flight cancellation - located in the middle of nowhere even though it says it's near a beach?? The staff were rude and ignorant and did not make any attempt to understand English at all. The food in the restaurant was just about edible though was cold when the restaurant opened at lunch with very limited choice. Stayed away from the chicken and turkey as this all looked undercooked. Flies and wasps all over the food and drinks machines in the snack bar area, with adults and children eating in the pool. The whole place just looked filthy with food floating in the pool.
For a 5* resort the pools were extremely inadequate with a tiny adult pool next to the snack bar area and a slightly larger pool area with a novelty pirate ship for the kids.
We were only there one day and first impressions were awful. If we had chosen this place for our actual holiday we would have been extremely disappointed and would suggest people give this a wide berth! Looked at the prices for next year and they're wanting a whopping £7100 for 10 nights for a family of 4!!! WOW!

We stayed here after our flight had been cancelled by Jet2. The hotel itself was nice enough. Kids pool area and nice gardens, but the attention to detail let it down. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms didn’t work (room 6195) so it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. There was no soap in the shower, so we had to keep running to get soap from the dispenser by the sink whilst wet. The only other toiletries were six bottles of Conditioner and a further six of body lotion, so not much use. The shower was also weak and the drain was blocked so you end up standing in a pool of water. I think with a bit of work, it could be a really nice place.

I will try to express our experience as objectively as possible. First of all, this hotel is definitely a family hotel with children, so it is not a place for those looking for honeymoon or tranquility. We went as a couple; However, it is quite logical that the families' ratings are higher than mine.
Let me touch on the positive issues first. The most positive thing was definitely the attention of the employees. The waiter, the server, the bellboy... they all left a very positive impression on us. The employees were generally university students trying to earn their pocket money. None of the people I talked to were studying tourism, but the hotel should be appreciated that they had very good business training. We received a very respectful and high-quality service without any disruption in our process. Secondly, I must emphasize the importance the staff attaches to cleanliness. I have witnessed many times that the staff disinfects their hands and changes gloves at regular intervals, just like during the Covid period. Finally, I would like to praise the dinners. There was some criticism about this issue in previous comments, but during our visit the food was of high quality, diverse and delicious.
As for the bad issues, the first one is independent of the hotel, related to the concept, and is an issue that I excluded from my rating: the hotel is full of children. This may have been an opportunity for the kids to socialize while visiting family, but it was a little too loud for us. The second is pool cleaning. There is no shower in the pool, and I also had some experiences that would make me doubt the quality of its cleaning. In addition, the events were of poor quality, the classic tricks that every business would do in alcohol were a little exaggerated, there was a very limited choice in the seaside bar and the breakfasts were really bad. As good as the dinners were, the breakfasts were also full of options, poor quality and even stale products.
My score for the hotel is 3, my score for the service I received is 5 and my average is 4. I must repeat that my hotel score reflects my experience as a family without children. If I had a holiday with children, my score for the hotel would have been higher.

+1
The hotel was chosen primarily to be comfortable with a child 4.5 years old
And didn't miss)
Ideal for this age water park - slides are not very tall and safe (children after 7-8 years are likely to be less interested there)
Around the water park pool 35cm - ideal for babies, ours splashed itself, learned to dive etc
By the way, by the end of the vacation he learned to swim, the last days in the adult pool were dissected))
Nearby there is a deep swimming pool for adults and older children
The food is simple and tasty, quite varied, definitely not left hungry.
The restaurant staff are really good-- working fast and smoothly.
Separate Love - Kids Club❤️Wonderful educators, thank you, girls very much)) the child was taken there from 13 to 16 during the hottest hours, there was no pulling back 🤣 sculpted, glued, colored T-shirts, aqua makeup, sports competitions etc.
In the evenings mini disco for children
Awards based on the results of the day.
We also thank the wonderful Rumia at reception. Great at speaking Russian, always helpful.
From the cons - cleaning rooms
It's a separate pain.
If you caught the cleaners-- you're lucky, no-- sit with the trash and old towels.
If you don't take it easy, you can sit through your vacation without cleaning.
In general, for adults, it's purely seal rest. There's nothing to do but pool and sea.
There's nothing interesting near the hotel either - a market and a couple of supermarkets. Wastes, yes garbage)
No views, no sights either
In our case, we knew where and why we were going. So, on the whole, happy.
And the baby is absolutely delighted as planned👍
With kids preschool 100% everyone here!!

Myself and my husband and 3 children arrived here after a mess up with our booking with love holidays at a different hotel. We found this hotel last minute as an alternative.
Upon arrival we were greeted by pleasant staff who were welcoming. However, the manager advised we had only booked one room - when I knew we had booked 2. However, due to the stress overnight with the prior hotel we just wanted to get into a room to relax so just accepted what he said hoping the one room would be bigger and Able to fit us all in. - wrong!
We squeezed a family of 5 into a small family room, it was crowded and stressful.
There was a language barrier with most staff. The hotel is small and only has one pool with an adjoining water feature with slides for kids.
There is one place to eat which is the buffet which caters for mostly Russian and German guests. Repetitive food with not much choice. Whilst eating staff will rudely come over to the table and brush under ur feet and try to take away food.
We were the only English family at the hotel.
Evening entertainment was in Russian/german or Turkish. This hotel does not cater for English at all really.
Staff are nice and try to be helpful.
On our 4th night our phone rang in room at 9:15pm and it was the manager advising head office and called questioning why they had only given us one room. The manager denied all knowledge of our conversation about 2 rooms upon check in and insinuated it was our fault as we did not inform him - lies!!!. They then gave us our second room, this was annoying as we had paid for this and did not receive it until 3 days before leaving.
All in all pleasant hotel, clean, nice staff, pool is great for kids. However, there is nothing around near by the hotel unless you want to pay €30+ one way to get to places, it’s a very small hotel, our room was only cleaned twice during our stay with towels only being changed when we would chase staff & I would say this hotel was more for local Turkish people than tourists.
