For what worked out at about £35 a night for ALL INCLUSIVE, this was simply a fantastic hotel.
I was working and therefore a bit concerned to initially get a room overlooking the pool which had a loud party at the time I arrived which was swiftly changed to the other side of the hotel. I’d recommend a room in block 3 on the even number side for a bit of quiet from the pool. Given I was working the WiFi was a key point and I’ve been here 7 days now with 11 to go and not encountered a single issue with WiFi. Has been able to hold work video calls easily.
The food, yes it’s relatively basic but I’m happy enough with some grilled meat, rice and salad each lunch and dinner and some eggs in the morning. Previous reviews really worried me about the food eg nothing fresh and raw eggs... these are false. Plenty of fresh fruit and salad every day, yes the meat is lower quality than I’d prefer but ultimately you’re paying £30-40 a night for a room and all you can eat and drink (including waffles/ice creams etc in the afternoon). It’s simply incredible value!
There is a gym and indoor pool open 8am-7pm and the beach is a 5 min walk away (or you can get the free shuttle). There’s a bar/afternoon snacks and plenty of sun beds at the beach for those who prefer to go to the beach in the day.
The staff were fantastic in my experience, again very different to what others have reviewed. The level of English speaking is low but what can you expect when coming to a restaurant which is full of non English (mainly Russian speakers). Personally not an issue for me and something I enjoy, I spend enough time around English people in England!!
The mini bar is also all inclusive and topped up daily and the cleaners also did a great job. The rooms are a bit outdated but again... £35 a night? No complaints.
Don’t be put off by the negative reviews and give this place a go if you don’t mind having a mix of cultures around you!
Food and drinks was available all through the day.The staff were amazing an helpful, Mustafa was very welcoming, booked an appointment on our second day to ensure everything in the resort was ok an answered all our questions. Reception agents were always available, didn't have any issues with anyone in the resort. Rooms were amazing cleaned every day, shops available outside the resort, beach is 5 mins walk, can catch shuttle bus also, down side no iron available, extra charges to iron clothes so would suggest to take your own, overall amazing place really recommend.
So let me start with some problems, the first thing that struck me was that when you ask for a packed lunch you get two slices of dry bread, a couple of cucumber rounds, two slices of ham and some cheese.
Another thing that was absolutely terrible was the quality of the wine. The quality was worse than the regular wine from the supermarket for a few crowns.
Another thing is that if you are going on a holiday where you want to relax, don't even come here. There were a lot of kids on every corner, kids running around the dining room wet in their bathing suits and no one stops them, they are calmly eating their carrion in the middle of the pool with the ice cream dripping into the water and no one stops them either. But that's probably a tribute to the parenting of today's generation :).
So now the things I liked. The beach was about 400m from the hotel, but there was a shuttle bus that ran all day that worked in a come and take you type of way even if it wasn't at the time it was supposed to run, which is definitely a big plus.
Another thing I liked is that they replenish the minibar every day which is included. Cocacola, Cocacola Zero, Fanta, Little Water, Big Water and two different chocolate bars.
The other thing was the great service, on arrival a member of staff led you up to your room, showed you what and how. When you ate, they brought your drinks to your table and usually took your dirty plates away within seconds of finishing.
Another extreme advantage was the animation program that was there from morning until evening, volleyball, darts, and other various activities, on the last day there was a pool party for the kids where they had a bubble machine set up, but the adults enjoyed it too because it was really great.
And I also have to single out the great ultra all inclusive program, where basically from seven in the morning until three in the morning you always have something to eat and drink. Outside of this time there is a chargeable service that is happy to prepare food for you on request, but after a few days at this hotel you will be so well fed that eating at 4am really won't be necessary :D.
The hotel facilities were pretty much new, but sometimes they were run down from people. The hotel also had a la carte restaurants but they are closed on Fridays. I rate the whole hotel quite positively for the money I bought it for in a last minute deal, at normal price I would have been quite disappointed.

The food is great, the selection is really large and varied. Personally, I liked breakfast the most. The kindness of the staff is really at a high level, the rooms are cleaned regularly. The minibar is replenished on a daily basis. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the terraces as well. My terrace overlooked the pool and partly the sea. From the terrace, I was also able to watch wonderful themed evenings. Many thanks to the animation team and all the wonderful young people employed at the restaurant.
Before I booked the hotel, I have to admit that I was worried about certain reviews, which I read here. As someone who has really traveled a lot and stayed in hotels of various categories, I must admit that the hotel has met all my expectations, even exceeded them. I completely recommend Sensitive Premium to individual travelers like me, as well as to families and couples. Greetings to all employees and congratulations to the management.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the misinformation provided by the Love Holidays representative. We were misled about certain facilities and activities being available, such as the outdoor pool, sun loungers, and evening shows. This lack of transparency was exacerbated by the fact that other hotels in the area had all their amenities fully operational. It wasn't until later in our stay that we realized these facilities were not accessible, which left us feeling misled and disappointed.
Furthermore, the persistent pressure to avail a £70 massage, repeatedly pushed upon us throughout the day, became increasingly aggravating. Despite our repeated refusals, the solicitation continued, detracting from our relaxation and enjoyment of the hotel's other offerings.
Another issue that significantly impacted our stay was the disruptive noise from other guests, which persisted well into the early hours of the morning. Despite our complaints, the situation did not improve, and the noise only intensified as more people arrived for various events. This lack of consideration for guests' comfort was disheartening and greatly affected our ability to rest and relax during our stay.
Additionally, while the food quality did improve as more guests arrived, it felt unfair that paying customers were only able to experience the full range of services and amenities later in our stay, rather than from the beginning. The faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and restaurant areas was also a noticeable downside for non-smoking guests.
On a more positive note, the hotel staff were consistently polite and helpful, and the aesthetic appeal of the main reception area was commendable. However, the remote location of the hotel made it inconvenient for guests without access to transportation, leading to a feeling of isolation and limited options for entertainment outside of the hotel grounds.
In conclusion, while Sensitive Premium Spa and Resort offered some enjoyable features and amenities, including a pleasant indoor pool and accommodating staff, the overall experience was marred by misinformation, noise disturbances, and inconsistent service. Improvements in communication, noise control, and service consistency are needed to ensure a more satisfactory guest experience in the future.
We arrived in our room which faced the pool and seating area, clean tidy, fridge stocked with juice and water.
We only had one tea cup in our room and kept requesting one however didn’t get another so we used takeaway cups from the bar in our room.
Overall the hotel is beautiful, clean and tidy, staff our friendly and helpful whenever we needed, we didn’t go to the entertainment but what we could hear sounded really good we was just to tired to go.
We met our rep who kept on on to book something so we did and again we didn’t go but sounded ok for a family evening out.
The food for breakfast was cold, everything was cold when eating which then put us of wanting to even try lunch so I can’t comment what there was.
If the food was warm then would have been nice however no beans, mushrooms etc just basic.
We went once for dinner not much option so we ordered room service and I’ll explain that part soon.
Food was nice 👌
Unfortunately we arrived with no toilet roll in our room, calling room service for food and they hang up on us repeatedly that the only reason we received it was because I complained that night and told them it’s online and then the room door knocked within 5 minutes.
Again we had the same issue another day so it’s frustrating when your hungry.
I could add more but I won’t.
The first manager we spoke with a lady at the back desk offered us Wine to say sorry, I was so taken back as wine won’t allow me to wipe my bottom over the past 3 days and we don’t drink so felt quite insulted.
She then offered us dinner and we are all inclusive.
She then offered an hour late check out and told us she will call to confirm for us that evening or in the morning.
That morning as we did not hear from her we called the front desk and they was not informed and said €15 per hour which we said no.
More happened through the day so I went to the front desk and asked for a manager, we was met with the Hotel Manager a man who apologised and it actually felt sincere.
We just wanted to be herd that’s all somehow make us enjoy the holiday with no more issues.
He was helping us with food and late check.
Best part the spa you must try 💫💫
The reception staff are absolutely amazing 🤩
Improvements:
Ensuring food is hot
Room Service is provided with professionals
Rooms are stocked for guests (cups)
Do not offer alcohol as first apology
Family trip. The room was alright, but they gave me toothpaste, bathrobes for the last day, just soap and hair conditioner (witch was horrible like water) shampoo and shower gel was at shower cab 2in They didn't changed bed sheet for the whole 7 days, towels just one's. They tried to clean our room in the morning before we went for the breakfast, i told them to do this after, but they didn't understand , that was every day so in the end when i left the room everywhere was 2cm dust great 👍 The hotel is by far a very big hotel, however, it’s quite basic and I would perhaps rate it more if a 4* rather then their 5*. About food, some of the food was cold, just a few dishes and soups were alright , not too many options of fish dishes, mostly chicken. Generally was alright, but . It was the same, routine repetitive dishes. First day steam broken, water at the pool cold, after 2 days they warm water and was plenty kids and Muslims mom with clothes so i just give up. The gym would be alright if 80% of equipment wasn't broken or missing parts .Sauna was great, Jacuzzi as well ,which i paid £50 was nice ( champagne and fruits) and friendly staff. At my all-inclusive package, i should have minibar at room i guess, but it was just water. The biggest disappointment was that all restaurants a la card closed 🤬, No entertainments for adults or kids, comon don't tell me its not season for karaoke or disco 🤦♀️ Arcade games room of course paid Location was a bit confused for me i was thinking it will be closer to some city but you must take bus if you don't rent car. I would like to thank the restaurant and bar team 👍🥰for their interest and relevance. They are very friendly. Just because of them, this holiday was acceptable. People around the hotel area, shops and bazaars are also very nice. So the end of the end was a nice experience .
The big advantage of this hotel is that it is located near the airport; the transfer takes 40-50 minutes, depending on the number of tourists being transported.
The hotel rooms are spacious, the bar is replenished, there is a kettle with a set of tea, coffee and sugar. The room has a spacious balcony with a table and chairs and beautiful lighting in the evening.
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace, or a hotel bus runs every 15 minutes from 08:00 to 18:00 if someone wants to take a ride. The beach, although small, is always free. There are more than enough canopies with sunbeds and mattresses, despite the large number of vacationers. Moreover, the boundaries of the beach are designated conditionally, since the coastline is large, and the shore on the left and right is not occupied by anyone. It is better to go to the water in beach shoes - the decking and sand get quite hot, and the entry into the sea is pebbly. Of course, there are showers, toilets, changing rooms and a playground. Beach workers constantly monitor order and cleanliness. The beach has a large terrace with a bar, snacks and ice cream.
Water - bottled in unlimited quantities throughout the hotel and on the beach. Wi-fi works great throughout the hotel, including the beach.
Food at the hotel is a separate issue. Everything is very tasty, varied, large selection of fruits, sweets, desserts. The main restaurant is located on the -1st (“R”) floor of the hotel, tables in the hall and on the street, along the pool.
The hotel staff is pleasant and friendly. There are a lot of young people, they work like bees, they try, it’s obvious!
The spa center is a paradise of relaxation, silence, tranquility and harmony. A relaxing place from the very entrance: dim lights, pleasant smells, cleanliness and attentive administrators, delicious aromatic coffee, a relaxing foaming bath, a soothing massage and full body scrub.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the team: Almazu is polite and attentive to visitors, good-natured and knows how to create a mood every day. And especially many thanks to the master Merdanu, whose magical hands so skillfully create a wonderful massage and give unforgettable sensations and relaxation to the body. This is a wonderful vacation with health benefits!
I have very good memories of my stay at Sensitive.
Taxi from airport used Ella Taxi £23
Lots of staff and all attentive, lovely big pool, shame they allow glasses in the pool area, whilst there for a week I witnessed a few being broken.
Used the spa as a couple a we had a Turkish bath, then massage and face mask, I negotiated to €100 for both of us, only issue there was they allow children in the spa area which is rather annoying if you are having a relaxing massage!
Food was great even if repetitive but then when you are visiting for over a week I suppose it’s difficult to cater for everyone bear in mind there is no pork at this hotel.
Drinks are good proper cocktails and the beer is Tuborg Gold Never had to queue much for a drink.
Plenty of food around the pool all day long.
The entertainment staff try to suite everyone and do a good job, even if you don’t take part it’s good to watch.
We were the only English people at the hotel.
There is a few shops in the hotel selling the fake designer goods rather expensive and the staff are quite rude and not sure if they are employed by the hotel, but they could do with a shake up, they are sat around with their feet up or on the phone, they appear quite disinterested in the customers!
If you are looking to buy some Turkish designer items try Deniz Market it’s around a 15 minute walk from the hotel there are quite a few little shops in that area so we’re well worth a visit for a bargain.
I would definitely return to this hotel if the price was right.
"Room is hot as hell, staff is rude like anything, food is crap, just the main hall is good, that’s not all that you need on a holiday"Read full review
