The hotel is on a very busy road on a sharp bend just a few metres from the rooms, 24 hr trucks, busses, mopeds and quad bikes. There is no mention of this on the website for obvious reasons. Not only difficult to sleep but impossible to enjoy the "pool", more a large bath tub. Breakfast very limited and the...

The hotel is clean, the service friendly and welcoming. after leaving the room, you can still take advantage of the shower before the next stage of the journey. downside was my room window facing the corridor and not on the court. there was no access of fresh air. from the corridor came the smell of air fresheners. Breakfast was in...

We just stayed at Amerisa Suites for the second time. Their staff is very friendly always with a smile and willing to assist. Rooms are extremely clean. Family oriented. Breakfast served in a beautiful view every morning. Parking spot- Advising the manager of course. I have nothing but wonderful things and lovely memories. If I ever have an opportunity to...

If you are with kids, this is definitely not a hotel for you. Limited staff with limited breakfast options, every day the same. View to the ocean is great but much better views were from other hotels. If you had kids and you want better views, you should have it somewhere in Caldera in Fira.... Though they let us stay in...

The hotel staff is not friendly and the rooms are outdated. The Bathroom was very small in our room. The lights outside the rooms are very irritating . Lot of noise from the street. I'll not suggest this hotel to any one . Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Our first impression of this hotel wasn't so nice and it went down from there, first off the front desk staff was not at all friendly, our room 105 smelled like sewer so we had to move. The manager came quick after our phone call, we changed rooms to 101, right on the corner it was bigger and no smelly...

What a disappointment! Main traffic on the island right outside your room. Traffic passes in front and even behind the room. Very small rooms and the pool is small and outdated. Poor breakfast is served in a tiny room on the rooftop. Roomrates should be lowered and this hotel should not have been given more than 2 stars.
