I was lucky to find this hotel through a google search not really listed on major hotel websites. It was in a great location in Fira town, right where you want to be. It's a decent walk if u have luggage to carry because you are going up hill and with some stairs. But once you get their the view...

Thank you to the Porto Carra Hotel & Bar team. We visited Porto Carra following recommendation from Restaurant Argo as a pre dinner drink. A hotel and bar tucked out of the way, but with stunning views. Great to view the sun set and enjoy a quiet cocktail.. Take advantage of the barman's talent in making cocktails. A must try...

There are quite a few hotels in Santorini hanging on cliffs towering the famous caldera but the Porta carra is unique because it is perched just a steep paved trale along which tourists arriving to santorini by boat are ferried up riding donkeys-and it is a sight! The hotel is newly renovated with all modern conveniences, breakfast included and all...

Came here for breakfast and ended up coming back twice more! Not only is the view incredible but the service was amazing the owner was so friendly and accommodating! The food was excellent but the best was the white wine sangria - it was the best one I've ever had! My favourite place for an afternoon drink in the whole...

The views here were beautiful, we would have the best view of the sunset and volcanoes while relaxing on our balcony. However, we were younger (mid 20s) and we were given less than par service than others around us. We spoke to another couple and they were ranting how great the service was, but they also noticed that we were...

Situated in the caldera in the center of Fira right above the port. The view was astounding. You are in the center of Fira with great shopping, restaurants and an incredible view. The room was clean and adequate with a beautiful shared balcony area.. Staff was very warm and accommodating. We felt very much at home here in our 4...

You must be able to walk up and down stairs with your luggage, but it is so worth it! Location is so impressive with the views over the caldera from your little balcony. Rooms are simple but you don't need to spend much time in there anyway! Small table and chairs on your balcony provide the perfect place to sit...

This place has one of the best views in Fira. Not to mention the wonderful staff and the amazing location (right in fira town centre ) I spent more time on my balcony drinking a glass of wine , reading a book and admiring the beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and cosy. I will be coming back there for...

Views views views I could not have asked for a better stay! Waking up to the serene view of the water and the caldera gave me a since excitement to get my day started. The views were complimented with some of the best hospitality I've had in a while, and I travel a lot. You are near a lot of...

This is a fun place, with a management that is so friendly you feel like you've been neighbors for years. The hotel, like everything in Fira, involves a bit of walking on steep narrow streets, but that's what you're there for. Our room was comfortable, and on the basic side, but clean and comfortable. Who cares? You spend all your...
