Room was a bit tighty with no view or balcony but very clean. Location is perfect, almost in stict center of Fira with all shops, restaurant and nightlife but very quiet for sleeping. Girls at reception were so helpful and nice. Overall nice stay.

In the center of the luxurious Fira it is no surprise that a 45€ room in this Pension would be deceiving. The location is convenient, walking distance to the bus stop (very easy ride from airport) and center of Fira. The hospitality was good. I cannot say the same about the room. We had the room in the back on...

This place has potential, but I guess the owners are too greedy or lazy to renovate it.. We had room #4 with a nice balcony. The place was clean and the staff friendly, but ohhh what a deception. The bed was the worst I've experienced in 20 years of traveling. Feels like you're on a box spring with noisy coils...

Hospitality is below average, the rooms do not reflect in any way images on site; I believe this pension is deceiving customers, the fridge was extremely noisy, same comment applies to air-conditioning; there was NIL noise insulation between rooms & rooms & corridor; I was able to hear people in the room drying their hair while in the corridor; the...

This hotel is perfectly located near the central town of Fira and the bus terminal if you want to explore the island by public transport. The hotel itself is nicely presented but the rooms downstairs smell from a musty odour. My room had tiled floors and was clean with a small ensuite and shower. The bed was not as comfortable...

We stayed here as part of a tour and were allocated Room 11. The room had 2 and a half beds (the half being so small probably only a child could sleep in it), a tiny window and smelt musty. Note: there was no phone service or wifi in this room either. We were disappointed given everyone else in our...

I stayed for two nights with an Intrepid tour group and (like some of my travelling companions) had pre-booked to extend my stay by one extra night. The hotel had not planned properly to allow us to stay in the same rooms for all 3 nights, and expected us to pack, check out, store our luggage in reception by 11am...

The staff was kind and helpful, the receptionnist waited for us after our boart lateness. The room was correct and clean. It is near the center of Fira, and the bus and taxi stations. The wifi is free and worked very well contrary to other 4 star hotels i could have visited.

A nice clean hotel in an easy access spot in Fira. Staff were very helpful for places to eat and things to do. Semi indoor pool was lovely. Rooms had kettle and decent size fridge. Wifi was only available outside rooms with speed and connections fair to poor.
