My partner and I flew to Santorini in July 2020. Our villa was this beautiful cave on Oia's caldera with a private jacuzzi. The view was beyond breathtaking, overlooking the Aegean sea. The villa itself was squeaky clean, which made us feel even safer - considering we were travelling amid pandemic. Every morning, a maid came in at a time we had designated to cook and serve breakfast - everything was super fresh and local. I would especially like to thank Ezeni for the amazing experience, friendliness, hospitality and for always adressing our requests and needs so prompty. If I ever come back to Santorini, it will for sure be at one of those incredible Villas. Thanks Amaya!!!

Me and my husband recently stayed at Amaya villas and it was undoubtedly a unique experience. The location and the view are truly amazing and we would like to personally thank the staff members especially Ms. Ezeni who went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs. The breakfast which is served daily at the villa was delicious and we hade a variety of products to chose from. The beds sheets and towels are of high quality and they are daily replaced. Thank you very much for an amazing experience and we can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent breakfast (ladies waiters are very carefully with the guests, complete breakfast), excellent services in cleaning maintenance or organizing other activities, in conclusion perfect hosting. The view is incredible, the location is in the middle of everything (Oia center on Caldera side) but still in the exclusive and private area with total privacy. We had enough amenities, towels and the personnel was more than sufficient in solving our problems. The host, Ms. Ezeni is totally dedicated to her clients and is solving all requests. Transfer (with supplementary cost) to the Aeroporto/Port is smooth and fast and the personnel is carrying the luggage to the very location.

We travelled in Santorini as a group of 3 couples and we stayed at the Amaya Selection of villas and it was the best choice we could have made. We stayed in Amaya, Sentiment, Amaya Sensational and Amaya Bliss Villa and we left only with the best impressions. All the villas are located very close to each other and within the same compound so we were able to enjoy are holiday all together. All the villas were very modernly decorated very clean and we loved the we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast with a stunning view of the caldera. Ezeni and her team were so kind and helpful from arranging transportation for us and having our luggage carried to the villa to answering any question we had promptly. We cannot wait to come back!

We just finished our stay at Amaya and it was just perfect and peaceful. We stayed in the Amaya Felicity villa, this comes with a private outdoor hot tub and balcony with stunning views. Location is in the middle of Oia town, steps away from all the restaurants and shops. I recommend opting for a transfer with Amaya as you will need assistance with luggage as there are a number of steps to get to your room. The staff were very helpful and good communication.

I have been visiting Santorini in the past few years with my wife trying to stay at different locations in order to relax and enjoy the luxury of the accommodation and the beauties of the island. From all places that we have stayed up to now, Amaya Serenity villa is by far the best and it will surely have a special place in our hearts. We were impressed by how flawless the place was in terms of cleanliness, comfort, amenities and service. The villa is beyond imagination! Being in a perfect location on the caldera, it is offering the most breathtaking view while at the same time in walking distance from the center of Oia. We feel thankful to the host Ms Ezeni and her staff for taking such good care of us and making our stay a wonderful experience. I am highly recommending the place to anyone who wants to live the true Santorini dream!

We recently visited Amaya Selection of Villas and more specifically we stayed at Amaya Harmony villa and the experience was extraordinary. The villa itself was very nicely decorated, very spacious and the view that we had was truly amazing. The jacuzzi was definitely a great addition and it was cleaned and maintained daily. Fresh towels everyday and sheets were also changed daily. The staff memebers, especially Ms. Ezeni were fantastic and they made sure that we had everything we requested. Breakfast was delivered daily to our villa and we had the option to choose our own items. Vere attentive. Communication was made through whatsapp and it was very smooth and efficient. The atmosphere in the villa is amazing. The villa has all the amenities and more. They carry your bags to your room. You will have breakfast looking at the sea and the caldera and your own jacuzzi. Is a 10 out of 10! The bed is very comfortable as well. The personal was very nice, they help you book further activities such as tours, car rentals, dinners at restaurants, all you need, really. The breakfast was also very good, they serve fruits, eggs, bread, french toast or mini pancakes, juice, coffee, ham and cheese, all very good quality. Very happy that we choose this.

We stayed at Amaya Villas from 3 to 8 October and had an horrible experience there. The first night we were in Graceful villa and found rats feces and droppings in the bathroom. See photos. We were shocked by a so unsafe and unhealthy situation (rats cause diseases) so we texted immediately the Manager who apologized and said she will move to another room the day after and that she will refund the first night. The night was horrible: we were scared by the rats (we could hear them miving) and our neighbours listened music loudly until late evening. The day after, they moved us to Bliss villa for the 4 remaining nights. They did not clean the room everyday, breakfast was poor and we could still hear every movement of the people renting the villas around our room. Not a quiet place at all. Finally we left this awful place. They offered the taxi to the port and they refused to refund the first night as they promised. Horroble experience. Don’t go.

We would like to start with the photos you have kindly shared claiming to be rat feces. We would like to strongly highlight that what is shown in the picture are merely scrap metal pieces located outside the villa. As you may be well aware we have no control over the exterior environment of the villa, but even so these were definitely not rat feces. Moreover, we would like to thank you for posting the photos because you are validating our point and anyone who has actually came across rat feces will easily understand that this is not the case here. In regards to your comment about hearing rats moving, we find extremely odd that you insist about the existence of rats, without actually ever seen any during your stay! Consequently, we find it very hard to believe that you identified the noise as rats moving when you never actually. saw one. Additionally, we also find it extremely odd that you were the only one at that time who experienced such problem, given that the majority of our villas are located within the same compound. With that being said logic dictates that you would have experienced the exact same problem at the Amaya Bliss Villa which is located literally next to the Amaya Graceful Villa. Furthermore, we would like to kindly inform you and all potential travellers that you were given a free upgrade to the Amaya Bliss Villa because our utmost priority is your satisfaction and we sincerely tried to help you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. As far as the noise coming from the neighbors we would like to highlight that despite the fact that our guests were not breaking any law by having music playing in their villa we kindly asked them to turn it down. Furthermore, we would like to strongly highlight that the villa was indeed daily cleaned and we would also like to guarantee you that all of our villas are private and secure utmost privacy. The majority of our esteemed guests have chosen our villas for the privacy, peace and quite as well as the tranquility they offer. In addition we would like to kindly remind you that offered a free taxi ride to the port which you accepted and we feel the necessity to mention that you falsely claim that we refused the refund because we indeed made it and we also sent you the receipt on your private email address. Lastly, it is our obligation to mention to all potential travellers that you threatened us to post negative reviews everywhere if we did not provide you with an invoice as well as the refund. For the record based on the Greek laws we can issue the invoice within 30 days of your check out and we are not obliged to do soimmediately. Nevertheless, we did send you the invoice as well as the refund. We are truly saddened to read such an inaccurate review but nevertheless, we would like to ensure you that we will be more than happy to welcome you back in the future to turn your experience around. We have recently stayed at the Amaya Castro Villa and it was a one of a kind experience. The place was spotlessly clean the beds very comfortable and the service that was provided exceeded every expectation. The view was truly mesmerizing and having the option to enjoy it while in the jacuzzi is truly amazing. Our contact Ms. Ezeni was extremely helpful as she suggested restaurants, places to visit and she even booked us a boat trip! Thanks Ezeni. A huge additional plus was the breakfast that was delivered daily to the villa. We definitely recommend.
