If words could describe the feeling someone gets from this island or hotel, then no one would go. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday night and we were welcomed by Andreas who offered us home made Sangria from local wines. Taking us to our room, we could tell that we were going to get a unique experience as the hotel is structured in that way to remind you that you are on an island. The room was big and the jacuzzi was just perfect after our little trip. On that night, we chose to get breakfast in our room, to have a little more privacy in the early hours; and it was worth it. Everything was made in house, and all products were locally produced. Giving a unique sensation and taste that can’t go wrong with the amazing view from our room. During our stay, we also met Eleni from the reception, who surprised us when we returned from a long day at the sea, by creating a unique atmosphere in our room and offering us a goodie-bug for me and my girlfriend, from Santorinian products. Overall, there are so many more nice things to say about the hotel, the island and the whole hospitality experience. But honestly, I wouldn’t want to spoil the experience. Thus, I would like to say a big thank you to anyone involved to make our holiday so memorable and for being there to us, assisting us explore the island and its beauty at all times. We highly recommend Andronis Suites and we are definitely coming back in the near future. See you soon 🙌

My wife and I stayed at the Alexander and Pythia suites for our honeymoon. Every step of the way, we were met with hospitality that exceeded our expectations and set a new bar for the rest of our honeymoon.

Even before the stay, the Andronis concierge team reached out to arrange transportation on our day of arrival and book activities we were interested in. When we arrived, we asked if there were any steamers available for my wife’s silk dresses (the steamer we brought from the US got shorted out with the higher wattage in Athens/Europe). Without missing a beat, Kim, one of the hostesses behind the front desk, assured us that there would be one brought to our room. What an amazing welcome to Andronis! Throughout our stay, items that we could only hope for while traveling were procured like magic for our convenience (e.g., HDMI cable, power outlet converters, new ice buckets for complimentary wine and beer left in the fridge). One night, we came back to find candles, rose petals, and a thank you for staying with them. They had also left some chocolate. New water bottles were left every day for us to use, and housekeeping went above and beyond - they organized our items (even the bathroom toiletries near the sink!) and brought stands for our suitcases so that they were not just laying on the floor. We asked for a scent for our bathroom and they quickly brought one. There was complimentary breakfast every morning, and my wife absolutely loved the pastry bucket.

The front desk was also extremely accommodating in helping us book all the most popular restaurants sometimes even with only a few hours notice before our requested reservation time. They have a very handy WhatsApp account and they always replied w/in 5-10 min if I had a request. Now I’m going to let you in on a little secret. The name Andronis is a magic word on the island of Santorini, akin to “open sesame”. Even if a restaurant was fully booked for the night, we just had to show up and let them know we’re guests at Andronis and a table would somehow open up — most of the time with the best sunset views. As you can imagine, this elevated our experience from the best hotel ever to the best hospitality we’ve encountered.

I could go on and on about the taxi services they provided, the helicopter tours, the private boats, and so many more luxuries. The price tag is on the higher end of accommodations in Santorini, but Andronis was worth every Euro and we would be absolutely delighted to stay here again someday!

Special shout-out to Giorgio, Leo, Besemir (Bessie), Tats, Christina, Aldo, Antonis, Kim and everyone else who ensured this trip was the most wonderful start to our marriage.

We stayed at the Andirons Luxury Suites for 4 nights in May 2022 at the Titan Suite (#33). The suite location provides amazing views with limited privacy - Lycabettus Restaurant and another suite were situated on upper left. The suite’s private infinity pool was wonderful, the water is heated 24/7. The suite is fairly new (or remodeled), unfortunately it’s more design centric than day to day practicality, but the views of caldera and private pool made up for it. Staff were pleasant and helpful, they’re phone call or WhatsApp away with any request. Mare Sanus Spa menu is limited but delivered a wonderful and relaxing massage. Private car pickup to/from airport was super convenient.

Now for the negatives. (1) We got lazy one evening and decided to order room service for dinner, the food were dreadful considering the caliber of this hotel and cost, however the breakfast menu options and food were significantly better. Lesson learn - don’t be lazy, just go down the street there are many good food/restaurants options. (2) Considering the suite was newly remodeled the shower/tub drain was pretty clogged up, ~15 mins to drain from a 5 mins shower, never mind using the tub for a bath. (3) Suite lost hot water, maintenance was able to fix it fairly quickly. (4) We requested for additional shades by the private pool area, zero action from the request.

Overall we had a wonderful time, probably consider a different suite or hotel next time.

We booked the Honeymoon Suite with Hot Tub as I had been saving our trip to Santorini for a special occasion. With my new clinic opening it was the perfect time. We booked this suite and this hotel as it seemed it was make for a perfect getaway.
Everyday there was something imperfect about our perfect trip. The coffee machine didn’t work. The lid flew off when we tried to use it. We told reception who said the nespresso machine was designed like that. It wasn’t.
We got this room because of the hot tub on the balcony. On the third day the tub temperature was set to so hot you couldn’t even put your hand in it, so we weren’t able to use it.
The breakfast was nice but the prosciutto on the last day was off. It was grey and smelt very bad.
There was no WiFi access on the main balcony with hot tub so when you wanted to relax there you couldn’t use your phone.
We came in from dinner one night to find our room hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was unmade, used beach towels on the balcony and dirty coffee cups. How we had left it before dinner, expecting to come home to a perfect cleaned room.
We decided to go to sleep and would ask reception in the morning what happened to the turn down service. The maid turned up to clean our room at 11pm once we were in bed. When I asked why she hadn’t come earlier, she said she was busy with so many rooms. The hotel only has 33 rooms and at that price you would think they would make an effort to clean them all before 11pm.
There were many other imperfect features of our room on what was supposed to be a perfect holiday that would mean I would not recommend spending your money with this chain of hotels. The manager seemed apologetic and said she would email to apologise but it’s been nearly a week and we haven’t heard anything.

This review has been long overdue.. all I can say is everything about this place is EXCELLENT! Their service, their room, their food.. the people.. all perfect! Just want to seriously thank Sofia for making us so comfortable and making us feel so welcomed.. when we got to our hotel we even had a welcome flower bouquet! The sweetest thing ever really. We had a butler phone where we could ask them for anything we need or want and they always provided. Somehow my straightening iron didn’t work even though I had the adapter but I asked them if they had one and they brought me one! It even seemed brand new.. the room we stayed at was fantastic! Amazing view of the caldera and streets of Oia with an infinity pool! We stayed there for about 4 nights which is our second week in Santorini.. we stayed at Imerovigli first week but now we wished we stayed here all of 2 weeks! Forever grateful for all the staff that made us so comfortable and welcomed. Please don’t hesitate to book this place, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

We had the most amazing stay after their sister hotel Alta Mare wasn’t going to be open in time for our arrival. We swapped here and couldn’t have asked for any more. The views are unreal and photos do not do it justice. All staff are excellent, the reception/concierge team made a big impression making arrangements before our arrival and during our stay, getting us the best tables at restaurants and even walking us to the quad rental place.... they are so helpful and friendly. All rooms have amazing views and breakfast is served on your balcony to enjoy these each morning. Location is great as you can walk to anywhere in Oia. There are also little extras that just add to the experience throughout. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to stay again in the future... I have recommended to all my friends and family since we returned.

We booked a suite after seeing a Tiktok telling us this is one of the best places to stay in Santorini. And they were right! Truly satisfied with the service we received from arrival to departure. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. We stayed in the Athena suite and the views are unmatched. Definitely makes you not want to leave the room at all. The cave bathroom was really cool and we loved using the outdoor jacuzzi during the day. Full service breakfast in the room with the beautiful view was one of the best experiences (also very delicious). Housekeeping services multiple times a day and kept everything very clean. The infinity pool is incredible and relaxing as well. The staff were able to book us some of the best restaurants on the island in both Oia and Fira and provide transportation also (for a very reasonable price). Aegean airlines had lost my mom’s luggage and the hotel was very on top of it to find it and transport it from the airport to us. When we were leaving the island by ferry, they drove us to the port and they even had a VIP section for us to relax in until the ferry arrived. Only thing I would say to improve is to have more phone lines. Our taxi when arriving to the suites couldn’t get s hold of anyone to come get our luggage because all the lines were busy. Overall, top notch service and views. It is worth the price. Highly recommend! Spoil yourself!

Our family could not have spoken more highly of our magnificent stay at this hotel!!

The hotel is centrally located in Oia - an ideal location for walking through town or even to hike the island.

Our villa was perfection, with a magnificent view and gorgeous hot pool. The room had an expansive sitting area with beautiful couches, very comfortable beds/bedding and pristine bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well, and the balcony has beautiful removable canopies to shield from the sun, if required. The breakfast was included for us through American Express, and it was spectacular - served on our balcony.

The most notable aspect of the hotel, aside from the incredible views of the caldera, beautiful main pool and bar, and pristine and large rooms was the service. The staff at this location was unparalleled. Despite traveling all around the world, I felt that the service had exceeded our every hope and expectation.

Thank you to the extremely generous and kind staff for making this trip to Oia everything that our family could have ever dreamed of!! Perfection!!

We stayed a total of 7 days in Andronis Luxury Suites and in our opinion Andronis Luxury Suites is the hotel for the ultimate Caldera experience. It is virtually impossible to beat the view from the hotel as it has quite a central position in the middle of the high street. It is an unforgettable experience to wake up and have the breakfast either at the terrace of the restaurant or in the terrace of your room - the views are simply stunning. The food itself was delicious and even the breakfast menu is exquisite. he rooms at Andronis Luxury Suites are generous in size, with a luxurious feel and secluded. As it is a boutique hotel of just a few rooms the service is efficient and at the same time personal. There were several nice gestures of hospitality - we got flowers, candles, welcoming bottle of wine etc. Overall, the service has been fantastic and though it is difficult to single out anyone we would like to highly praise Evli, Raphaela and the only boy on the reception desk. We had a fabulous unforgettable time and we have already been planning our return! In the end we even bought a piece jewellery from the Andronis jewellery shop nearby to remember and cherish the great experience.

We arrived at the resort at 11 a.m., check in is at 3 pm. Kim, the front desk ambassador escorted us to the breakfast restaurant where we had avocado toast, fruit, mimosas, eggs benedict, croque madame, etc. We then changed and went to the pool and waited for our room to be ready. At 1 p.m., Kim found us at the pool and was beyond excited to show us not our room, but an upgraded room! This room was TO DIE FOR! The outdoor private pool for just us, check. Unobstructed views of the bay, check. Drink service from the bar to the room, check. Pre order breakfast to your room, check. I cried when we checked out. Kim was outstanding in making our stay a memory of a lifetime! Andronis takes the extra step whether it be hotel transfers or activities to plan, they do it ALL!!!
We did a private (just us two) catamaran sunset cruise with Explorer1-Yachting.com with door to boat private car to and from. Our driver was from Romania, very professional, loved his job and the people he encountered. The skipper, Makeos and firsthand, Manos prepared a fresh seafood dinner and unlimited beer and wine. The sunset was absolutely perfect. The skipper even put the sails up with a slight breeze :) Cruise was about four hours!
The shops along the promenade in front of the hotel entrance were cute and had handmade souvenirs, cute dresses, hats, bags, etc. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed, linens, lots of space with a full family room area, outdoor chaise lounge chairs, outdoor breakfat table and chairs, spotless private pool that lit up at night, and all of the necessities including the Nespresso coffee machine. Everyone at the resort wanted you to be happy and were always available for every little want and need! Thank you, Andronis for a wonderful stay!
