My husband and I stayed at Oia Old Houses, our cave house was called No 1, we had the best spot in Oia, our balcony was straight off the path (no steps) we had the Caldera view in front and to the side all the beautiful buildings, you could get both in a photo, each morning we would wake up... Lovely authentic cave house. Spotlessly clean and plenty of space. Best thing is the stunning views over the caldera. Just lovely to sit and have breakfast looking at that view. You are also in the centre of Oia surrounded by shops and restaurants. One thing to keep in mind is you are renting a house not staying in a hotel.... More

We had an amazing stay at the Old Oia houses in Aug 2016. The houses themselves are so charming with comfortable beds, aircon and a basic kitchen. Jill was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location could not be more convenient and is right in the heart of stunning Oia.... More

My husband and I stayed at old Oia houses for 4 nights at the start of June. We stayed in the Venetian house which is located right on the main walkway in Oia. The location is excellent as you don't have to climb any stairs to get to your room. The room itself is very clean and traditional with all... More

Amazing hospitality! The owners are very welcoming and our room AMAZING! The view is breathtaking...I absolutely recommend it! It is situated in the best part of the island and within the best part of Oia! No doubt the best sunset i have seen and you can enjoy it from the rooms balcony!

We were welcomed by the owner who is English. A lovely lady who immediately made us feel at home. We stayed for a week. What a charming place, facing the live volcano and very clean and we'll kept. Good value for money. We had a lovely time and we would repeat the trip and go there. Great place!!!

You will forever see where you stayed on pictures of Santorini and on your friends' Instagram pictures once you stay here. Perhaps the most ideal location in the center of the most beautiful part of Oia. The balcony has an amazing view. The family that runs the rooms are incredibly helpful and friendly and will make you feel at home.... More

Our family of 4 (Parents & 2 boys ages 22 & 15) stayed here for 3 nights in June 2015. We sayed in the Cave house with Caldera view near the Church owned by Gill who also owns Lotza Restaurant with her husband. Being built into the rock, the house was very interesting and comfortably held the 4 of us.... More

This is our new favorite place to stay in Oia! Outstanding value at half the price of other 'reasonably' priced hotels in Oia. The location is perfect in the heart of the village and stunning caldera views from private balcony. We stayed in a charming, clean, comfortable cave house for four people and could find no fault. Our house was... More

Not sure you could find a better type of accommodation or location for your stay in Santorini...oh and it's really good value relatively speaking. We booked directly with Gill via email and this started the excellent experience. Quick, efficient and most helpful, with directions and transfers sorted with ease. We arrived to a warm welcome by Gill at her restaurant... More
