Our stay at Andronis Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff were welcoming, professional and made us feel like family. Tim was always making sure that all our needs were being met during our 6 night stay. He was so wonderful, there are no words to describe how Tim went over and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were sanitized, clean, with turn down service, we felt extremely safe at the hotel. The food was excellent and the breakfast offered so many choices. We had breakfast privileges at their sister hotels and they were beyond five star (Andronis Arcadia & Andronis Concepts). The dinner at the hotels were Gourmet at its finest with an excellent wait staff. Penny who worked at the front desk was very efficient making meal reservations, transportation reservations, setting up the PCR test at the hotel, making recommendations and overall trying to make our vacation the best! I can't recall the other staff's names but they always had a smile and were ready to assist us with anything we needed. Anything we needed was supplied to us (their own tanning collection, hair straightener etc). I highly recommend this hotel because it was stellar, I want to return and stay at the Andronis Hotel again, I had an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for years to come. I can't thank the hotel enough for making my vacations one of the best to date.

We arrived at the start of our honeymoon and our three day stay got us off to a fantastic start.

The location is stunning. I couldn't get enough of sitting in the private jacuzzi reading a book with a cold drink and the view of the caldera every time I glanced up.

Without exception staff are incredibly attentive, with everyone from the manager to the cleaner making us feel welcome and introducing themselves.

On our last night, knowing we were on honeymoon, the staff surprised us by preparing the room in a special way. I won't specify as I don't want to ruin it for anyone else but it was a beautiful surprise.

Yes, it's an expensive place to stay but once you are through the door you feel like you don't have to worry about a thing.

Finally, we arrived very early and were allowed to use the facilities straight away including the breakfast buffet and checked into our room many hours before official checkin.

That spirit of generosity and hospitality in combination with the amazing views and rooms is what sets this place apart.

This hotel it’s quite beautiful, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, spectacular views of the caldera and right on the main shopping street. AND
We would stay there again, probably.

However, we were sent a questionnaire a few days prior asking if we would like foam or feather pillows, offering us three different scents in our room, asking us which size bathrobes we would like in our room, offering dinner reservations, and spa reservations. We filled out the questionnaire, including asking for reservations for a birthday dinner and massages. We were very excited for all of these special touches

When we arrived, we were told there was a three star Michelin chef on property and made reservations for the following night, the birthday. None of the expectations (From the questionnaire) the hotel set were met. NONE.

The Michelin chef was coming the following week ( maybe?)… And our dinner was tasteless at the Lauda restaurant. although the view was spectacular, the service wonderful, but we sent the food back. The kitchen repaired and sent different food out, but the bill reflected our earlier more expensive choices. They ended up comping our dinner and the manager did not want to talk to us! We did not want the dinner comped, and took care of the staff…

This hotel would have been wonderful without all the promises and the high expectations… There seem to be a lot of promises and very little follow through… They actually have no spa on property, but can provide massages from their sister properties close by… and there are so many wonderful restaurants in Oia, I am sorry that we wasted one at the hotel, just saying 😎

Dear guest, It is our pleasure to read that you enjoyed your stay in Andronis boutique hotel! Our restaurant is one of our highlights which we are very proud about it. Our chef with his team is always using the best ingredients in order to make a dinner a unique experience for all our guests, and we always need your feedback. Our restaurant manager is one of the most experienced all over the island, so it looks like a total misunderstanding regarding your meal, since he charged you nothing for the inconvenience, even though you did not ask it for. Despite this, we will take under serious consideration all of your comment. We all hope to have the chance to see you soon back in Santorini in order you to feel the experience here as it really is. Best regards, Theodorakopoulos Andreas

We stayed at the Andronis Boutique for our 10 year anniversary and we were not dissapointed. All the rooms have beautiful views of the Caldera. The location is on the main drag, but as soon as you step through the doors of the hotel there is an oasis of calm. The staff at the hotel are so friendly, and as our luggage had not arrived for our first two nights they were really helpful in guiding us to resolve that issue. Breakfast is great, the rooms are kept spotless, and you really feel that you have a place to relax. I'd thoroughly recommend. Thanks so much for making our stay really lovely. October is a great time of year to go. I honestly can't imagine how busy the town might be in the Summer months, Spring and Autumn definitely a good time to visit.

Just arrived back from one of the most scenic and relaxing hotels I've ever been to.

Perched high on the caldera with spectacular views of the volcano with direct access to the main walkway in Oia. (the place to be)
All rooms (or suits) have fantastic views and seem to have either a hot tub, or small pool. In addition, there are two larger pools near the restaurant, one heated.

The rooms are actually very spacious "designer caves" (if there is such a thing) complete with their own Wifi, coffee, TV etc and a very comfy mattress on a concrete bed. The upshot is that you get a fantastic, quiet night's sleep. All have their own balconies if you don't fancy the main pool area.

Breakfast is also very good with excellent cold selection and a choice of hot options. Lots of egg choices.

Staff are truly fantastic and make you feel really welcome, right from the manager, waiters, admin, to the chaps lugging bags up and down the stairs. We left the staff to arrange several restaurants bookings, all of which were spot on with our requests.

If I had to mention a negative (and it's a small one) the dinner options are limited and not cheap. From what I could see, most of the diners were not staying in the hotel, but they seem to have a full house most nights.

I was asked by the manager (sorry, forgot his name) to mention any areas to improve. I would suggest putting a low-level night light in the en-suites. If you need to go in the middle of the night, you either have to put the main light on, or use your phone!. We had several concrete steps to negotiate.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Mesmerizing - all of it! Every tiny detail from the moment you arrive in the heart of oia the view takes your breath away. The welcoming staff are passionate and warm deeply committed to you having the best possible experience. You’ll download an app and have around the clock concierge service. And from there you descend into the stairway of heaven to your room. We didn’t leave until 11am the next day ordering room service and relaxing in the balcony hot tub and deck chairs. The daily cleaning experience and turn down survive was a treat with bottled water, chocolates and Nespresso coffee replenished. The rooms can be dark and cooled when you need rest or bright and airy when you wish to indulge in the view and spectacular vast ocean. The hotel is intimate even though there is a Michelin stared restaurant there’s a gentle murmur and soft music playing that adds to the ambience especially with a full moon reflecting off the ocean. Each morning we’d sip on an espresso from the hot tub sitting in gratitude and then make our way to b’fast with a delicious healthy and indulgent selection of treats! Endless cups of coffee and freshly squeezed juice. Words can’t describe the professionalism and willingness to respond to every need - such beautiful, kind and hard working team. Hearts are full and minds blown! Will remember this experience forever.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service was proactive but not intrusive, the whole team, reception, restaurant staff and maintenance team, were genuinely nice and welcoming - the staff were the biggest asset to the hotel and made a huge difference in our experience. The location is superb and the rooms are super comfortable.

There are good vegan options for breakfast, and a couple of options for dinner. If we could make two suggestions to the otherwise excellent hotel, one would be to provide more and varied vegan options both for breakfast and dinner. While omnis were eating poached eggs and cakes, we had a somewhat repetitive option of spinach and spring rolls. And the second would be to not provide toiletries that contained honey to vegans. We used the shampoo and realised it contained honey only afterwards. Any vegans staying could ask for Molton Brown, which is available (it should be vegan).

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon and this was by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at and the highlight of our honeymoon. The hotel is in a prime location in Oia with STUNNING views from every room. The private jacuzzi was perfect for the night time and our room was always tidied up with fresh linens and towels whenever we returned. You cannot beat the a la carte breakfast in the morning with the most beautiful views. Most importantly, the staff here is incredible. The service, across all areas, was impeccable and they made us feel like we were the only guests there. The staff made dinner reservations for us and always made sure we had the best seat at the restaurant. Our luggage was lost and they made sure my husband and I had all the necessary toiletries delivered to our room to hold us over while our luggage made it to us. We planned on exploring the island on our last day but ended up spending the majority of the day at the hotel because we loved it so much. We are so grateful for our stay here and to all of the staff for making our honeymoon truly magical!

To summarise, you are treated like royalty for your entire stay. Nothing is too much trouble, staff are extremely concientious and friendly.
On arrival to Adronis Boutique hotel there are little extras that you just don't expect. The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is stunning and the location is just perfect. We visited for our delayed honeymoon in April and it was so worth the wait. Unfortunately my baggage was late (BA's fault!) but the staff were so brilliant - they gave us essentials and even managed to source things like hair straighteners and curlers for me. Every single member of staff is so attentive and friendly, those who maintain and clean, those who serve in the restuarant, those who work in the reception, and the managers. The place is immaculate and no attention to detail spared. We also visited the Lauda resturant where we had at least 5 members of staff waiting on us (we did go in April so it wouldn't have been peak season, you may not get this experience in June - August) but the food - oh wow, it was the best food and resturant experience I have had. I cannot praise the Adronis Boutique and staff enough. On the last day of our honeymoon (I was 6 months pregnant at the time) I fell ill and needed to go to hospital. The staff arranged this for me, one of their drivers took me and collected me (no charge) I was told that I was having contractions and was only allowed out of hospital if I could relocate to a room that did not have steps (there are lots of steps in Santorini and the boutique). The staff met us and relocated us to one of their Luxury suites and ensured that I was comfortable until I was ready and well enough to fly the next day. I simply cannot thank them enough, it was a shame to end the holiday that way but we were safe and this was the most important thing. We will return to Santorini I'm sure and I will be recommending this hotel to everyone.

What an amazing experience at the Boutique! The concrete stairs and floors against the white walls gives the most modern luxurious vibe. The room exceeds the pictures online. A full concrete bathroom, private jacuzzi overlooking the sea, window view from your bed leading to a terrace and the strongest air conditioning unit in the bedroom. You really feel like you're in a unique and luxurious place. The view of the sea and location to the blue domes can't be beat on the island...The service is impeccable too. Helen and Mckayla at the front desk are exceptional. So welcoming.. Welcomed us with a drink and recommended and helped secure reservations for sunset dinner at the sister property Andronis Arcadia's restaurant where we ended up with the best table in the whole place! Staying at the Boutique gives you access to the other Andronis properties so if you're deciding which one to stay in definitely stay in the Boutique gives you more flexibility on amenities. That dinner is a must for your stay too! The two pools and their view are amazing. When you walk around the island you can't wait to get back to your hotel. Ate at the restaurant on site Lauda the first night. The ambiance is incredible overlooking the sea but I did find it pretty overpriced and the portions small. My wife enjoyed her meal though. Overall, with so many choices on the island and where to stay it's hard to decide from online prior to arriving but rest assured booking at the Boutique will easily be one of your best decisions of the trip!

Santorin tourist areas do not have sunbathing on the beach options or swimming. Boat rides will allow you to get off and walk but not for extended leisure. Mykonos is best for sunbathing and beach activity.

So we had 2 petite suites and that had hot tubs in both patios- it all depends if you’d prefer the pool. I’m unsure if the pool is heated but the one by the bar/ restaurant is and there’s the infinity pool too next to that one- if you’re happy to use them I personally wouldn’t bother but if you’d use your own pool then your choice. Hope that helps
