Great place to stay in Oia! Very clean and sitting right on the caldera with your own private jacuzzi (not hot tub) with a gorgeous unobstructed view. It is sitting above the suite, off of the walkway so it’s much more private than many of the plunge pools and jacuzzis in Oia. Veronica took amazing care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed including transfers to and from the port and porters to help with our bags and to guide us through the maze of streets to get to our suite. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is an experience that everyone should have if they like exclusive, unforgettable stays. I had a day trip to Santorini from Crete in the past and said if I came back, I would like to stay in one of those caves. We chose the Premium Suite and it was the most worthwhile investment. We spent 2 nights and really stayed most of the time in the beautiful terrace enjoying the view. If you look to your right, you see people fighting for a spot to take a picture of the view you have; look to the left and see all professional photographers with brides and couples with the same objective. You are where everyone would love to be. With your private jacuzzi upstairs, you're not exposed to other tourists walking past your suite. The room is equipped with a fridge, a wine cooler, Nespresso machine and dishes, there are good quality toiletries and towels. Veronica is the best manager ever. She welcomed us with the typical Greek "philoxenia" and cared for us all the time, giving her immediate attention to solve a little issue once reported. She also recommended great restaurants, which we tried, and booked the most beautiful Catamaran tour with Spiridakus. Everything ran totally smoothly. We ordered breakfast and I would do it differently if I go back, getting my own things at the market, storing in the fridge and preparing everything carefully for the next day. Parts of the suite need some repair, the sunbeds are a bit worn out and I would get design armchairs for the terrace if I owned the place, but this is probably the end of the season and they must do it every year. Still, I would definitely recommend the place. Seeing that sunrise in the morning, watching the ferries and boats pass by and watching that magic Aegean sea is invaluable!

Absolutely Amazing Experience, can't wait to go back! Veronica the property manager was the best I've ever dealt with. We travel around the world and never had such service, hospitality, responsivness and kindness from being picked up at the airport, to the superman carrying our heavy 50lbs luggage's (4 of them!) down the windy steps to our diamond suite. Stayed 4 nights and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, beautiful views of white villas, blue dome churches, and mountains. We got a lot of restaurant recommendations, theres plenty of choices around, easy to book table for 4 at sunset. Delish seafood, Greek salads, and Greek desert wine! We did our research, as should anyone that chooses a villa and knew there would be steps to go down, YOU ARE IN SANTORINI! Most villas are on a hill. That is part of the island beaty. If anyone complains about it, I don't know what they expected. We will be booking this property again!

Veronica was an amazing host, she was communicative, punctual and an awesome asset in booking local activities while we were in Oia.
The accommodation was amazing, from the incredible views from the front door, spa to the really unique cave bathroom and shower.
Honestly, the MVP was Veronica. Can't recommend this enough!

Disappointed. The images used in the marketing are for the top of the range rooms only. The Pearl rooms have no facilities at all and not even a reception anywhere near. These are managed airbnb suites with no pool anywhere near, no dining on site. Lovely views and private sunbeds but make sure you know what your room type is when you book.

We loved it alot. It was as seen in the pictures, huge and clean. The private pool and the amazing views. The management was very friendly .They organized aiport transfer for us and meals during our stay. We felt safe and the place was very quiet And peaceful.Definitely recommend spot .

Just arrived back home after a 5 night stay at these suites. We simply had the best time and are so happy that we booked a suite here. Veronica the host is simply superb, from meeting us at the property on arrival & going through everything to a constant point of contact throughout our stay ! Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had during our stay were promptly answered in depth within minutes via text messages.
The location of these apartments was perfect , not far from the main strip yet peaceful & private. The views from our suite was incredible, relaxing around the large hot tub each day was bliss.Many suites are overlooked through hordes of people passing by your private hot tub...not here !!
Oia was fantastic, eye catching views around every corner, the sunsets also an amazing experience.Just a 5 minute stroll to get to the best location to get the best views. Oia has low key nightlife which we liked, basically just beautiful restaurants to enjoy the evenings. Veronicas restaurants suggestions were also bang on.
We visited Fira on one of our days which is also very nice but not as classy as Oia...great if you are looking for more bars & nightlife etc.
Don't bother looking elsewhere...book up here to have the perfect experience of Santorini...the only thing missing with these suites is an extra star..5 star all the way !!
