This was the perfect location for our honeymoon! The hotel is small with only 10 rooms all accessed by stairs (no lift so only for the reasonably fit). It has a decking area with sun loungers and umbrellas next to the small infinity pool with the covered outdoor restaurant and bar at the other side. It offers fantastic views out across the bay over the Indian Ocean. The rooms are possibly on the small side but offer air conditioning, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, lots of storage and an en suite. All the rooms have a private balcony offering again the same views as the pool/bar/restaurant area. The breakfast was ordered off the menu as is lunch and dinner. We found the choice was limited as we are vegetarian/vegan but the quality was good. I would recommend hiring a car and driving yourself if confident but there is a hotel shuttle bus to Beau Vallon beach daily and the public bus passes the hotel every 30 minutes. Victoria is only a 20 minute drive away and the South of the Island another hour's drive maximum. There are a few small convenience stores nearby that are walking distance if you want to save some money and purchase your own drinks and snacks for the room. There is a small beach only a few minutes walk away and the trail to Anse Major beach will take 1.5 to 2 hours to walk where there is a small beach shack selling alcohol, water and grilled fish. I would recommend getting "Mr Happiness" water taxi back to the hotel, he leaves on the hour every hour and will drop you at the harbour at Bel Ombre which is a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. You can book a boat trip or snorkeling trip from the harbour also. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much bother and the local knowledge was invaluable for finding the best places to visit.

Visited Treasure Cove to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect and made our stay truly memorable. Staff were wonderful; relaxed and friendly service and provided great advice regarding trips and landmarks. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the dinner menu, whilst not extensive, provided very tasty and by Seychelles standards, great value dining. Our room on the top floor of the hotel provided outstanding views across to Silhouette Island and provided the perfect setting to watch the beautiful sunsets. Would recommend renting a car, which really gave us the freedom to explore, although the hotel does have a shuttle service which can be booked I believe and there is a bus stop just down the road. Buses were very regular and stops everywhere across the island. Would recommend without hesitation. It’s comfortable, friendly and relaxed and was just what we were after. It doesn’t have all the amenities of the big resorts in Beau Vallon just down the road, but it was perfect for us. Thanks again to the team at Treasure Cove.

It was our first time in the Seychelles and this hotel was our first stay for five days. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips and advice on how to reach destinations and find certain things here on the island of Mahe.
The hotel is very quiet at the end of the village of Bel Ombre and right by the sea. From here you can always take the bus if you don't want a rental car. The view of the sea and further towards Vista Do Mar is great. The hotel has a lot of charm as it is pleasantly small and personal with just 10 rooms. The rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. You can also see that the area is well looked after and maintained.
We went to the restaurant for dinner every now and then and tried various dishes. All of them tasted delicious. The Creole dishes are recommended for every taste. For sweet lovers, the brownie dessert is a must.
If we are asked in the future which hotel on Mahe we can recommend, this will be the answer.

Hotel and restaurant Treasure Cove in Bel Ombre Seychelles. What a great place, what a great view, what a great service and above all, what an incredibly nice and helpful people who work there in a cordial collegial and family atmosphere. Many thanks to the ladies in the restaurant, with delicious food through our full board, and especially the overwhelmingly sweet Diana. You'll only have someone like that on your team. If you ever get there, I assure you, you're going to love her. Always smiling, cordial, sweet and helpful! Also many thanks to the helpful and welcoming cordial Australian Pierre. Nothing was too much, CHAPEAU! Neat clean rooms thanks to the always smiling houskeeping ladies. Thank you so much! In addition, a lot of warmth from Marie-France, Juliana and Allen and certainly also from our singer and entertainer Pierre. And now all I'm talking about is the Hotel. What a beautiful island especially with what we have been able to see with our rented mini Moke, Top. Also great is the airport shuttle via the hotel (for a fee) and the daily free beach shuttle at 10:30 and 16:00 back to Beau Vallon. In short, a place to come back especially because it is nice and in the middle of the Island. Just do it and go.

The problem with choosing among good hotels with reasonable prices in the Seychelles is that few of these hotels will have a great view of the sea without houses and trees preventing you from truly enjoying this view. Treasure Cove Hotel & Restaurant is the one - ALL its rooms have stunning sea views (check out my photos). Very cozy, clean rooms. Wonderful kitchen. Very attentive and friendly staff. Take advantage of the hotel's car rental service at least once to explore several beaches. You will be delighted with the views of sunsets right from your balcony. A special attraction in the mornings and evenings are the flying dogs flying back and forth. On my next visit to Seychelles, I would like to stay at this hotel.

Super family hotel (10 rooms), quiet, at the end of Bel Ombre (car required, even if the bus stop is very close). Clean, quiet, air-conditioned room with balcony. Hard bedding, just the way we like it. Bathroom needs updating, but clean, that's the main thing for us. At the beginning, we wanted to try the restaurants in Beauvallon, but halfway through our stay, we tried the hotel restaurant: fabulous, excellent, fish in sauce, cocktails and cheaper than in the tourist restaurants. Breakfast is Ă la carte and avoids waste. The swimming pool is very nice to cool off after a day of walking and diving. The staff is super nice, attentive, always smiling (Juliana, Diana, Marie-Rose and the girls who take care of cleanliness, not forgetting the cook). Everything came together to allow us to spend a dream week.

Hidden gem! The hotel is really clean, well maintained and the staff are incredible people - very attentive and kind. Diana and Marie Rose made sure our stay was unforgettable! Every room has an amazing seaview, and the pool and restaurant areas are cozy (with a seaview too). Drinks were very good and reasonably priced, compared to other fine dining restaurants in Mahe. Signature drinks were exquisite. Food was delicious, well prepared and Ingredients were fresh. Really best seasoning we got during our stay in Seychelles.
Even if are not staying at the hotel, but want to have lunch or dinner in Beau Vallon, I highly recommend it for its seafood.

Fantastic cozy and family hotel. Wonderful view. You step out onto the balcony and have the sea straight in front of you. Wonderful staff who are always happy and attentive to their guests' needs. Many thanks to Diana who looked after us throughout our stay and was always so happy and warm. She helped us with both tips and advice on how to get around and where things were on Mahe. She also informed the boat taxi that she had guests who needed to get home from Anse Major. Hike to Anse Major must be done! The beach and the atmosphere you are met with is nothing like it! Fantastic. 100% a great experience and stay. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed at Treasure Cove for a week and it was the most wonderful stay! All the staff are extremely friendly and always willing to assist. The view from our top floor room was breathtaking. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony with a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The infinity pool looks out onto the ocean which goes on forever! It’s amazing. We loved how intimate the place felt as it’s not a huge property and it was conveniently located near a bus stop which can take you to Beau Vallon or Victoria. The only down side to Treasure Cove is the WiFi doesn’t work in the room, you have to be in a public area or on the balcony to connect. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and I would definitely be back!

Hi,
Hotel provides brochures with tours and contacts. You may visit other islands or go to jungle for a trip. We just rented a car and explored the island.
I was there in Oct/Nov and it was perfect. However, on windy days the water does get murky closer to shore. I took a boat further out and on windy days the water was clear.
Bus stop is very close by from the hotel. Advise you to have a self drive vehicle if you prefer to drive.
The restaurant serves meals for vegetarians. I being a vegetarian could manage there. The breakfast served complementary with the package includes cereals, breads, etc ..
I think you can manage out there.
There are no elevators. But choose the top most rooms. They are bit costlier and expensive. But worth the price. As that room is on top of the hill and you will have a good view.
There are more places to choose from in the Bel Ombre area.
