Nestling in spacious private gardens in an idyllic location on Mahe Island’s north western coast and just minutes from bustling Beau Vallon beach with unforgettable mountain and ocean vistas from a secluded beach, Beach Cove Cottage (which forms part of the popular Beach Cottages group) offers everything for your Seychelles vacation.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The apartments were large with two bathrooms, which was very convenient. They had everything needed for cooking and even an ironing board and iron. We were there in the off-season, but a huge plus was the lack of heat in the apartments (they even turned on the air conditioning), there were enough ceiling fans. It is very comfortable to be on the terrace with a breeze and no insects. If you want heat, go to another part of the island. The owners and workers are simply excellent, they helped and told us everything. We arranged a transfer and rented a car through them. They even treated us to dinner from the restaurant (menu in the room, order for the evening until 14.00) The Internet is excellent, the router is right in the kitchen It’s a 10-minute quiet walk to Bo Valon; there’s no other traffic on the island other than Bo Valon and the capital. Stop right under the apparatus, fare is $0.5, shop one house down to the right, towards Bo Valon there is a larger supermarket in a 7-minute walk. Prices are approximately the same everywhere. If you cross the bay under the hotel and swim behind the rocks on the left for 10-20 meters, a reef will begin, not bad for the Seychelles, since almost all the corals there have died. Could not recommend this place enough. It is ideally located in a quiet place away from the main beach ‘Beau Ballon’ but within walking distance so you have the best of both worlds. A bus stop is located outside if you haven’t rented a car and a small shop literally next door but as I said Beau Vallon is very close for all your local amenities shops, restaurants, atm etc The room was very clean and had all the essentials a comfortable bed, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, safe, air con, fans, wardrobes, small tv, decent sized shower room, toilet, a kitchen with oven/cooker, microwave, fridge, plenty of untensils etc, outdoor covered dining area with another table and chairs in your garden, 2 sun loungers also a bbq was available to use which we loved. Even little details like large water bottles you can fill up to take out with you for the day and beach towels really were a massive help We were provided with enough water for 8 days and a starter pack which included fresh fruit, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There are 2 tortoises that live in the grounds that our son loved feeding banana skins every morning. If you have rented a car there is plenty of parking space available in the grounds of the property. You have your own beautiful private cove which is only available for guests to use, at low tide there is a small beach area but be very careful snorkelling at low tide as there is a lot of sea urchins. They have kayaks which are free to use and take out and a reef with plenty of fish to see. Also a special mention to Pensi (not sure if I have spelt your name right) he really was such a helpful, knowledgeable and insightful person who made our stay a lot easier with his advice on places to go and information on all things Seychelles, thank you very much my friend. All in all this was the perfect place for me, my partner and my 4 year old son for our stay in Seychelles, once again thank you for your hospitality.

Location is perfect, near all shops, restaurants on the beach but to near to be disturbed by noise. Staff is positive and very helpful. Room is clean and cozy.Very well equipped kitchen and barbecue provided. View is amazing. To be honest, it’s even better than we expected.

An amazing place to stay while in the Seychelles - easily the best option around! I can’t imagine why anyone would choose a large chain hotel over this gem. The rooms and amenities are fantastic, with a well-equipped kitchen and an unbeatable beachfront location. Kayaks are readily available for guests, the tortoises in the garden are amazing and the reef infront of the cottages offers spectacular underwater life. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Seychelles!

It is hard to explain the beauty of this place. Breathtaking view of the ocean right from the apartment, colorful sunsets. Each night the sunset was in different color. The place itself is great, great amenities and very well taken care of. The owner and the staff were excellent and helpful, always being kind and keeping the place clean and tidy. Jenny , the manager, was very supportive and provided useful information about things to do and places to visit and helped a lot with arranging transport (taxi, rent-a-car, local buses, boat tours) for the best prices possible. Max is great person always providing helpful information and interesting and funny stories about the place and the island. The Seychelles by themselves are a place of beauty. Great stay at Beach Cottage! The kindness of the staff is incredible. The apartment (for two) is spacious, clean and pleasant. small supermarket nearby. Possibility of ordering a delicious Secheyllois meal (the best of our stay) from a caterer whose prices are very reasonable. Beach nearby, possibility of making an excursion to Anse Major by taking the bus in front of the hotel.

4 cottages in a very nice garden, with a reception, so having the key is easy. Nice owner and staff, caring about you like friends. Cottage itself is very cosy with good wifi and aircon, bed is comfy. Bathroom is clean and big. Kitchen is well equipped, even with rice cooker. BBQ on site, in front of your own apartment. BBQ is fun during the evening, with a nice view to the ocean. Sunset is behind the palms, giving a wonderful silouette. If the ocean is calm, you can snorkel or fishing. There is a very good shop just next to the cottage, with the best staff ever (ST Roch Grocery). You can buy everything to your stay, even more, you just need to ask! If we have the chance to travel to Seychelles Islands again, we chose the same accomodation, we enjoyed every moment!

By far the best guest house in the Seychelles Island. Beach Cove Cottage has everything to offer and make your stay memorable. Jane and Pency welcomed us with a tour of the cottage, Bedding, kitchen, etc. Our say way very memorable, waking up to tge sound of waves and birds sings is priceless. Very kind host and nice place! The rooms were clean. We enjoyed. The market was behind the corner and also the bus stop was near to accommodation. When we arrived, the host told us accurately all details of the accommodation and also all activities nearby.

The beach cottages are perfectly located, very secluded on a beautiful piece of real estate right on the beach. You get your own private beach(almost). The sea in front Opens into the vast ocean. The cottages are very clean, very hygienic self catering apartments. It comes with your own kitchenette, dinning and all other facilities of a modern holiday apartment. They offer free Kayaks and snorkelling kits. Ideal place for Rock fishing too. After a swim on the beach you can sit back and unwind watching the beautiful sunset. It’s the perfect place for a family with kids. The staff are super friendly and always are around incase you need help.

Hi Beach Cove is available on Booking which is how we booked it. You could also Google them and contact them directly for a booking. It's a fantastic property run by amazing people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay so do try to go there. Good luck!
