We had a lovely relaxing break at the Royal Decameron Hotel in Boa Vista. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are all really nice. Food is OK and hotel is value for money but don't expect luxury. I would say it is more like a 3 star hotel although it is rated 4 star. Pool is freezing cold...

Everyone has their own viewpoints and experiences so I will list our personal experience at the Royal Decameron hotel with the good points together with a few pointers that may help other people that visit Cape Verde. 1. Our room was surprisingly spacious with a bedroom, a lounge, bathroom and patio area with a great if not slightly restricted view...

We've just got back from a week at the royal decamaron and it was just what we needed. This is a place to get away, relax, de-stress and get a tan. This isn't really an activities or cultural holiday so if you want those things, don't come here. Yes there are activities, but not many and everything is very expensive...

Having read the other reviews good and bad thought you cannot please everyone but cannot understand why people would think this hotel is not worth a visit but it is. The rooms are basic yes but very clean with towels and...

Our holiday didn't get off to a good start with the thompson flight, we felt like sardines in a tin. However the hotel was less than 10 mins from the airport and check in was very quick. The room was fine and of a decent size, although I must say our chamber maid was not great but nothing to is...

My and my partner (both 27) have just returned from this hotel and had a great weeks holiday. We booked through Thomas Cook and overall feel like we got a good deal for this week away. It is definitely a place to go if you want a weeks relaxation but on the other hand there are plenty of activities to...

Stayed from 22/3/12 to 29/3/12. Hotel looks like a pretty little village with cobbled streets & coloured bungalows.Rooms are massive with 2 king size beds & a kitchen diner but need updating.Unfortunately we had cockroaches in our room 606 which rather spoilt the holiday as i had to sleep with the lights on every night. The pool is gorgeous.a bit chilly...
