I do enjoy the Hilton experience. The Hotel is starting to get "dated" but it was overall clean. The room was clean, the hotel was very nice and breakfast selection was amazing. Wish the internet for members of Hilton got Premium internet.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at this Hampton location and would definitely return! Its location was perfect-close to the American side of the Niagara Falls and Canadian border. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful; everything in the room was in order and clean-I would highly recommend to others.

I always stay at this Hampton Inn when we visit the American side of the falls. It is close to everything and it is easy to walk to all attractions. Great customer service. We had an issue with the heat and they moved us to a new room with no issue.

The hotel was conveniently located to casino and falls. the rooms and hotel were very clean and comfortable. My wife was very pleased overall and that is saying something. Very enjoyable stay and would stay there again.

Stayed there in March. Very clean, beautiful decor, walking distance to many attractions, free parking, great breakfast The rooms were very quiet and the curtains actually closed all the way to keep out the light

They overcharged me and everything was HORRIBLE! Was told the room was $89.99 I get charged $75 on the phone AND $350.00+ in person! 😡 Rooms were disgusting and freezing even with the heat on! 👎🏼👎🏼

Clean quiet affordable. Walls not as thin as other Hamptons we have been to. Close to everything in Niagara Falls and Lewiston. Good breakfast. Hot. Staffed by competent friendly associates. Not busy due to time of year is typical. Only minus was a slow draining tub.

The rooms were a bit out dated, but they were clean. The beds were very soft and squeaky. It reminded me of a bed my grandmother would have had years ago. We only stayed one night. Would go back if I had to, but prefer something a bit more updated/newer. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

The hotel was very nice, spacious and the 2 ladies working the front desk was great. We had a very nice conversation with them about the casino and where to eat. Great place. The room was really nice.
