Due to not many travelers being in house we were provided with a suite on the 5th floor, which was very nice with a view of the visible Canadian side attractions like the Ferris wheel etc. The room was well appointed, with a coffee pot, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and a nice closet as well as am arm chair and ottoman in the suite section. The tv could have been larger to be better viewable from the bed across the width of 2 rooms as it was a suite. The room had the typical sample sized shampoos and soaps as well as a notepad and pen. The beds (2 queen) were super comfortable and the 4 pillows on each bed were fluffy yet supportive. During the time of our stay there was an issue with the cable (no local channels) that affected hubby more than it affected me and we are supposed to be getting a bit of a discount for that which is still pending. This hotel is the bees knees when it comes to convenience and location, just steps away from the entrance to the falls. I loved the excellent shower with a nice large head and nozzle, hot water and great pressure. Not sure if all rooms have this but the bathroom was very handicap friendly with safety bars throughout. Due to being a suite the bathroom was extra large and also contained a full length mirror. Breakfast choices were the usual and also included eggs, sausage and waffles and the breakfast area was kept very clean. There is a large lobby seating area and an attached gift shop. This hotel is within quick walking distance of many places to eat most notably the Hard Rock Cafe. We were given a goody bag upon check in with 2 waters and 2 snacks however we do not eat GMO items. It was a nice gesture. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will plan to return here for our next stay in the Niagara Falls area.

Highly recommend this hotel on a visit to Niagara Falls. Located directly across the street from the park made it so convenient. Customer service was excellent and the breakfast bar was a great start to the day.

I chose this hotel because of its location was very close to Niagara Falls. I visited Niagara Falls for photography so I prefer to stay near the Niagara Falls to ease me bring my gears. I need to walk for 5 minutes only to the gate of Niagara Falls. Overall my stay was nice. The room was spacious enough, comfort and clean. Check in and check out were quick. The breakfast also good. There was a souvenir shop beside the lobby.

Perfect location! This hotel was in the best location possible for Viagra Falls activities. Staff seemed very tired when we were there, and sometimes not too helpful, but they were pleasant. Clean and comfortable, though dated. Just steps away from the State Park, across a walkable bridge from Goat Island, and Maid of the Mist. If you like Indian cuisine you've hit the jackpot! A lot of food trucks with this cuisine, but not much else to choose from. You can drive elsewhere to eat before coming in for the night, or order in pizza. Most expensive Papa John's pizza I've ever had, but was too tired to go out. Overall we had a fantastic time and the location of this Comfort Inn facilitated that experience. It allowed for handicap access throughout, unlike other places in New York we visited.

This gets a five star for me for the comfort and location. It is across the street from the park to get to the Falls which is great. I found the rooms to be large, very comfortable and clean. I had no complaints. The breakfast is a bit of a miss really but that was not our aim there, there are obviously cafes around if you want something more reasonable. The price was also quite reasonable for such a touristy place that is so close to the main attraction. Very happy with our two night stay there.

Staff didn't even notice me at desk. 2 abandoned hotels adjacent. Sketchy. We left town to avoid it after having already prepaid for it. The #3 rating speaks volumes of the area. My family wanted out of town. The park was nice. Come for the day - just bring a picnic and enjoy the park. If you are used to 2 star hotels in large cities, you might be ok with this. My grown family felt unsafe. And we just came from NYC & Philly.

Worse experience, Location is prime but Hotel staff including supervisor , check inn staff and cleaning staff was too rude and not responsive at all. Had to waited long to check in even after booking online the staff was not able to find the room and was not attentive to guest at all. Despite requesting multiple time No one clean the room when ask reception staff said they were not able to find cleaning staff to inform. Lastly talk to supervisor and she also not responsive and and too much rude to guest. She called cleaning staff and ask but they were all too negative and arguing with guest direcly. Supervisor and reception staff just watching cleaning staff arguing with Guest but did not stop them or provide any support. Seems like no one willing to do their job. No refridgerator or microwave in the room. No basic toiletory provided. Despite paying more than other same start hotel in the area the hotel is not worth of that price. Please go to other hotel around the area but not to Comfort Inn The Pointe.

They need updated. The carpet in the hall and our room was disgusting. Our room carpet was wet in several spots. Easy access to Niagara Falls. The staff was ok , not overly helpful. The room did not have a refrigerator but they did bring us one. Ok

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed in a 2-Queen bed room. that was so small it had no room to get by one another; it was painfully and unexpectedly small for a Comfort Inn. The bed was comfortable, the chair in the room had tired old sagging springs; there was a refrigerator but no microwave (but then, one had not been promised). In addition to disappointment with the small room, we used the ROOM SERVICE guide left on the desk of the room to order a pizza, and after a tidy wait, got a call from the desk that the food had been left for us there - Room Service does not deliver to the room. When the desk clerk was asked about this, she snarled at my husband, or so he says. I assume that, since they have a steady flow of guests who are there to see the Falls, room quality and customer service are unimportant; this was further illustrated, or so it seemed to me, when the hotel did not send a link to ask for my feedback after check out; I'm a Diamond Member of the hotel's reward program, and have almost never found the need to leave a negative review. By the way, the clerk at checkout time was friendly and very personable.

This hotel was very worn - stains on the carpet, did not look or feel clean. Our particular room - the shower curtain looked like it had mildew on it, there was trash in the bathroom that had not been emptied, hair in the tub. The breakfast was just OK. Would not stay there again. Location however was good.
