First a huge shout out to Warren at the front desk! I wasn’t joking when I said I need him everywhere greeting me with his enthusiasm! Your mom has to be proud! He moved us to a higher floor after realizing we didn’t need an accessible room ( I booked by mistake) The hotel was clean and perfectly located with walking distance of everything. Warren said we were lucky they just recently started the hot breakfast back instead of the grab and go bags. This was a nice surprise. It was what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, cereal, muffins etc… If we ever go back, we’ll definitely choose this hotel
We stayed for our anniversary weekend at Niagara falls and stayed at the Comfort Inn and this stay was great Sarah checked us in and we knew Our stay would be blessed , she was so nice the room was clean and a great view of the park so if you thinking about staying won’t go wrong and check out was quick and easy and thanked us for out stay. You would be surprised some five star hotels won’t thank you for you to stay. Great Stay (Bill B)
The top issue is the great location, a short walk across a park to the Niagara River and the Falls. The premises are in good shape, rooms well appointed, well maintained (except for hair in the shower, a different color from ours). The "go bag" breakfast, replacing the advertised "buffet breakfast" was lame, probably a downgrade due to the pandemic. Plenty of parking. We would go again.
This hotel is really a hotel with the most strategic location in Niagara Falls. i came to niagara from new york by using flixbus and it turns out that the stop is right in front of this hotel. comfort inn the pointe is literally in front of niagara falls. even from the hotel exit, the waterfall is visible. the rooms are comfortable and clean. the only thing lacking was the really ordinary breakfast. just a bacon or egg muffin with tea, coffee or juice. other than that, everything was perfect. the location.. the convenience.. and of course the price
Excellent location relative to the falls. The rest of the area is very touristy, which is relatively bland, and the rest of Niagara is pretty disappointing. Parking was five dollars a night. Great service. Relatively clean. Disappointing bag breakfast.
