My wife and I stayed at Park Place for a quick weekend getaway for just the two of us. The house is in great shape and very unique! Mark, the owner and host, was great throughout booking and helping us decide which attractions to visit in our limited time. He is a very friendly guy, someone who just makes you...

Another fantastic stay at Park Place Bed & Breakfast for a group of international teachers visiting from Tianjin, China. I arranged their stay at Park Place Bed & Breakfast because working with Mark has always been easy and reliable. The group of teachers was impressed with the clean house, fantastic breakfast, and amazing location. Mark's cooking and his hospitality always...

Mark Savoy, the proprietor, could have not been more hospitable. The place is immaculate and is full of history. Our room was most comfortable. The breakfast table was set elegantly. We also met some wonderful couples at Marks from all over the United States. I highly recommend PRk Place B&B. Millie S.

Mark the owner's first comment when we arrived was, 'we are very relaxed here'. and it was so true. The whole house was quiet and relaxing. We traveled with 2 young kids (one in a wheelchair) and 2 grandparents and had some unique needs that were met so nicely. Mark had a small elevator for our son to get to...

Beautiful B&B and Mark was a very affable host!! Conveniently located on a quiet street a short distance from the Falls. In addition to cooking the best breakfast I've ever had in a B&B Mark (the proprietor) was able to steer us to many of the natural attractions along the Niagara River. The hiking trail between Whirlpool Park and Devil's...

Mark Savoy the owner was amazing, he was full of information about the area. Having never stayed in a bed and breakfast before We weren't sure how comfortable we would be. But we loved the experience and having breakfast with the other guests was comfortable and so very delicious! I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone!

My husband and I stayed a weekend at the Park Place B&B this summer. The place itself is clean and comfortable, and our room had its own bathroom, which many B&Bs don't. The location was ideal, close to the Falls and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. My husband and I were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go!...

We fell in love with this beautiful old house from first site. It is located within the Park Place Historic district. (Safe area) The home was built in 1913 by inventor and industrialist James Marshall. This former owner was remarkable and worth reading about. The home has 7 bedrooms and each room is more beautiful than the next. The kitchen...
