If you are planning to stay here you might want to rethink that. The place is absolutely disgusting. Looks like the place isn't cleaned on a regular basis, and not just the rooms. The beds are uncomfortable, the rooms look like something out of an old 70's movie, and have dust everywhere. When I went to open the dresser the...

This hotel was the most disgusting place we've been. Moldy food in the room refrigerator, though no one had stayed there in over a week. The place was a graveyard, there were no other patrons, the restaurant was completely dark and the whole place was abysmal!

We are sorry our cleaning staff missed your refrigerator. We have met with the cleaning staff and stressed the importance of of checking the refrigerator, micr-wave and coffee machine every day. We are also sorry our hotel was slow for your visit. Usually it is much busier with dozens of people enjoying our indoor heated swimming pool.

The staff was wonderful, our room was clean, beds were comfy and the pool was great! Get up early enough for a great breakfast, trust me, it's worth it. It's close to places to eat and little parks along the canal. I wouldn't go on foot, it's not the best of neighborhoods, take the car.... Being in my early 50's,...

I had read some of the older reviews and then found out this was under new management. I'm glad we decided to give it a chance. Myself and two friends were riding the Erie Canalway trail and needed a stopover. It was evident from the phone conversation thath the owner was going to turn this place around. When we arrived...

Great location, great courteous and helpful staff, great place! Pretty lobby not to mention great breakfast. The only hotel in Wayne county. Good job! The owner himself takes special interest in the welfare of travelers.

Due to bad reviews of this hotel under the name on the Quality Inn, we bypassed it in 2010 on a trip and stayed elsewhere in the area. But now it has a new name and new management so we thought we would give it a try. Our experience was overall pretty good. According to the Chamber of Commerce they...

The staff were very personable and when checking in I felt welcomed. The room was adequate, but I noticed the bed mattress and box springs had waterproof plastic covers so I assumed the rooms were sanitized regularly although the 2 upholstered chairs had holes in them, but I needed to sit to put on shoes and socks. The next day...

Unfortunately your review can not be true. Unless you bring bed bugs in your clothes, you can not get bedbug bites by entering a room and sitting down. Bedbugs do not infest chair seats. They hide in crevices of mattresses and head boards, hence their name. The hotel ownership changed July 17,2015 so hopefully current management has addressed all of...
