excellent property great staff specifically the breakfast lady amber and june very nice staff. also very clean hotel my room was very clean which was great considering covid. the breakfast also offered many options which is a huge plus.
Was able to get a room at the last minute. The breakfast was much better than expected, the bed was comfortable, the room quiet and clean. Very happy. It's a good place to stay for a show at Bethel Woods.
Everything was fine, staff friendly, room clean, shower roomy and water pressure good. The breakfast provided all the expected foods, etc. However the eggs and sausage were right next to an open window and were cold. They should move them. The room had a small step/ramp into it which was now well marked. Just one small sign off to the side. Numerous people tripped on this. They need to highlight this dangerous step much better. Also the coffee was terrible. It wasn’t brewed but was the kind that mixes coffee “syrup” with hot water. I needed to walk down to Dunkin for a cuppa Joe.
1. Breakfast is not so great. Eggs and sausage cold, no creamer for coffee, my bread got stuck in the toaster oven. 2. Power surge when I used my blow dryer. That has never happened anywhere else I’ve stayed 3. Shower was very slippery. I felt like I was going to fall. Bathroom very tiny. 4. Toilet was moving and not bolted down right. 5. I heard the Upstairs guests stomping above us Overall I’d stay here if the Hampton Inn is not available but the hotel needs some of the things I mentioned addressed. 6. Positives: close to Tillys Diner (good food-cheap) Dunkin Donuts close by, Walmart within 5-10 minutes away. Marshall’s and supermarket also close by. Resort World Casino 10 minutes away. Worth a visit (small casino). 7. Taino Woods Camp Grounds 10 minutes away. Wonderful place to camp.…
This is a sweet hotel. Clean, so friendly, willing to accommodate, and our view out the window was even nice! Missed breakfast, because we needed to sleep in… It was quiet, and we slept well. I am picky, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I was a little nervous staying her but the staff was welcoming and answered all my questions and concerns. Room was comfortableI will be back in the next month. Breakfast was very good also, juice from the machine is too sweet
Overpriced. Cleanliness questionable. Our first assigned room still had leftover food in the refrigerator from previous guests. Breakfast was very nice but only available from 6-9:30. The employees were friendly and helpful. Pool was unavailable to us all afternoon Saturday because it was apparently rented by some other group. So, I'd say we paid for something we were promised but not provided.
Hotel was clean and quiet .Comfortable bed.Staff friendly. A little over priced .$200 with aarp discount and tax for two in a standard double queen room. That was the cheapest. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices.Coffee weak.Female employee running buffet tried to fix the situation
My stay was above and beyond. I had a great visit my room was comfortable and secure in a nice area of town the staff was incredible they really were everything was to perfection. I usually stay here when I go to the specific area to visit although there are new hotels going up I am most comfortable here
We are a large group that use this location 2x's a year for an event. The conference area is a nice large space with adjoining restrooms. The place is clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. When things come up they are quick to resolve any issues in a timely manor. Breakfast is great with a nice variety of choices. Thank you for making everything work out.
