Very clean, new/remodeled suite in the back. Just three of us on this trip, but excellent place for families. The village is within walking distance (not on a chilly day), beach right across the street ... Thank you for a great stay on our first visit to the hamptons.

We generally choose places to stay based on Tripadvisor, and the reviews overall are usually dead on. Not so much for here. I know that it has a high rating for a Montauk hotel, so maybe it is wonderful compared to the other resorts in the area, but we will try out the other hotels on our next stay. Now,...

This was a great Columbus Day Weekend stay. The hotel was a great short 1/2 of a mile from town of Montauk and 5 1/2 from the Lighthouse. The hotel put a dirt trail from Olde Montauk Hwy (27a), is the beach. It was 17 miles long to East Hampton. The hotel was clean and spacious the TVs were a...

I love this place. Right across from the beach and they have updated some of their rooms. You can walk to town but just far enough away from the noise. Staff very friendly. I live on Long Island and this is my new favorite place. Try to get to The Harvest for dinner and if you feel you must be...

We are staying at the Beachcomber for a wedding this weekend and could not be happier with our room (407)! It is decorated very nice with a beach theme, it is clean and clearly has been updated recently. For the guys there is a large HD Flat screen TV too! If you are staying at the Beachcomber with 2-4 people...

Our room had a great view of the ocean, nice balcony and perfect sized galley kitchen. A very short walk to the beach and about a mile from downtown and great surfer beach in Ditch Plains. I would definitely stay there again. It was CLEAN!!!!

Clean, nice rooms with kitchenette. Really a good place for those who like well kept properties and don't need the luxury 5 star treatment. Beatiful views, across the street from the beach. Pool is heated and in good shape. Much better than the properties we saw down in the village. Great for families.

Great location! Rooms are clean and comfortable, quiet for sleeping. Able to keep bikes outside safely, pool heated and clean, okay for lap swim. Hotel across from beach access. Can walk to town if like. Loved it will go again!

Spent 3 glorious, sunny days at the Beachcomber. Just far enough away from the crowds for our liking. The beach location is definitely superior to the "in town"resorts with plenty of room for everyone. Can't beat the view, room was wonderful, quiet, clean, modern, with a very comfortable bed. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed at the Beachcomber for our first wedding anniversary this summer. I've stayed at other hotels in Montauk which are directly on the beach and centrally located in Montauk Village, and they are obviously a desirable location, but usually overcrowded and not very well kept. While the Beachcomber does have the inconvenience of being across the...
