Not quite. Ordered pork Osso bucco. Pork was good, but accompanying carrots were uncooked.... I'm talking raw. Sent word to chef that carrots weren't right. Shockingly he told the waiter "that's the way they're supposed to be." We were blown away by his defiant response....More
