I'm here because my Mother had open heart surgery. I booked a room for a week. The staff is awesome! So helpful and friendly! Chanddy and Melissa, you guys are great!!! Very clean hotel and easy to get to subway! I highly recommend this hotel!

I would book this hotel again and recommend to others. There was plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor) near the entrance, which was great, since we arrived to the hotel before check-in time. We also liked the on-site parking with valet, friendly staff, and a variety of restaurants nearby for family meals.

I've stayed in this hotel with my family. Accomodations are average and breakfast is good. But be aware to not leave anything behind. My problem is with lost & found. I've been trying to contact someone for a week now and there no response. I left a Fitbit in my room and havent been able to reach anyone to help...

Nice hotel, inexpensive for NYC, and super close to the subways. Very helpful staff and very accommodating. My one and only complaint was the outside noise permeated through the windows pretty easily.

I was one of the victims of all the nightmare that happened in early April in New York with the cancellation of several flights and a totally disrespectful treatment of the airlines, especially Jet Blue. With my flight canceled at 11:40 p.m. on April 6th, I had to search for hotels to stay until all the situation was resolved. I...

I had a previous bad experience with this hotel and after working with the management staff, who we're very interested in correcting the situation, I decided to book here again for a short family vacation. Upon arrival, everything went fine, except that our room (king suite) was a handicap accessible room. Normally not a big deal, except that the room...

Supervisor Tiffany was very hospitable and extremely helpful she provided all info in regards to the hotel. When we got to our room the room was very nice and...

I stay at this hotel for several days each month because it is in a good location for my office and close to the subway for city trips. The main reason I stay here is because the staff is always incredible at providing top notch service and are always helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
