We went to New York last April, we found a great deal for a weeks stay at the Ravel £700/£800. The hotel is in queens and has easy asscess into downtown Manhattan. The staff on reception can't do enough to help you, including dropping you off on a free shuttle to the subway. We had breakfast included with our room...

Great location, friendly helpful staff , but property needed needed cleaning up. Carpets in hallway were filthy , bathroom was dirty ( many hairs ) on floor. Breakfast was lacking in decent choices-- some used for several daya and had terrible coffee both in room and at breakfast . None of pillows in room Were decent and towels were ruff...

Stayed here for one night, really nice hotel, helpful front of house staff and they run a shuttle to and from the closest subway which was really useful. Had dinner (room service) from the pan Asian restaurant on the roof which was good but expensive. Only complaint is that my window was filthy and also looked out onto the street,...

I initially did not plan to stay at the Ravel but very happy my plans changed. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, beautiful and modern. This place is a hidden gem in Queens. Definitely worth coming back.

We came to NYC for the weekend. I always stay in LIC, but this was my first time at the Ravel. The 5th floor penthouse was beautiful!!! We absolutely loved the modern decor. The bathroom was gigantic and had a soaking tub. The bed was a king and there was also a desk, couch, coffee table, and dresser in the...
