If you're planning to be in Bayville for a few days, skip the Tides. Rooms are not clean and they lack amenities. Check in anywhere else.The beach is right across the street, but that still would not prompt me to stay in a room here.
I grew up down the road from the Tides in the 1960s, and it was where my grandparents stayed on visits in those days when my parents were growing a family and room for guests was shrinking.
