We had a lovely stay at Antrim Streamside. The location is nice and peaceful and the property is wonderful. Our family including two young kids enjoyed the hiking trails on the property, playing the outdoor games near the pond, and the game room with board games. We stayed in the Stone Cottage which was perfect—the beds were comfortable and the outdoor fireplace was perfect for s'mores. It was very quiet as well. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. There were some great places to eat at the nearby towns as well as farms to visit and other hikes to do.
Diane and David have created the finest property in the Catskills. I have been to many properties in the Catskills and none of them can equal the combination, of serenity, attention to detail, comfort, and most importantly the seamless connection to Nature. Whether a weekend romantic weekend getaway for two, a family reunion, or a corporate retreat this property is perfect in every way. You can fly-fish in the famed Willowemoc Creek which we did, or hike the river walk trail, which we did, or simply sit on a chair cocktail in hand and watch the stream meander in front of you, which we did. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Livingston Manor yet a world away. The perfect Catskill destination. Can't wait to return.
We stayed here for a wedding in the area and couldn't have been happier. One group was at the Stone Cottage, we were at the River House. Both places were spotless with comfortable beds, nice linens, remodeled bathrooms. Breakfast included really good coffee, yogurt, berries and granola--all local. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces, trails and fishing stream. The only downside--we didn't stay long enough.
My husband and I stayed at the Antrim Streamside in the River House and absolutely loved our experience. We booked it for a quiet weekend away from our kids and it was as relaxing as we had hoped. The house was extremely clean, nicely appointed and very thoughtful. We really enjoyed how quiet the property was, how relaxing it was to sit by the river and make nice big fires at night. We of course went fishing and strolled on their hiking trails. I will say the trails were more beginner level, so would be perfect for kids. The Antrim is like going to luxury camp! Dianne, the host, was easy to communicate with and so helpful. She pointed us the in right direction for great fishing guides and chefs. You could do the property solo, with a friend, or even rent out all the cabins for a larger family reunion / biz offsite. We can't wait to return.…
We stayed in the River House. There were 5 adults and one child in our party. There was plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for everyone. This roomy, yet cozy house was very comfortably furnished. The large, well equipped kitchen easily handled multiple cooks. Having a dishwasher was especially convenient. All the amenities (bath products, fluffy bathrobes, coffee, fruit, yogurt and granola) made us feel very welcome.
My time at Antrim was exceptional through and through. I stayed here for a weekend by myself -- and it was a perfect spot for a solo retreat. The gated entry felt super secure -- and I liked knowing people were nearby but not on top of me. It was very Covid friendly too. The accommodations were luxurious -- and the scenery wa/ is outstanding. Diane and her team are top notch. I cannot wait to return and am already plotting a family reunion there in my head. Thanks team!
We stayed in the large River House, which was incredible. Such a nice building and so nicely decorated, with a large inviting living room with windows on 3 sides looking out over the picturesque creek and bridge! Perfect spot for a family get together, with 3 bedrooms with en suite baths (note that one bedroom has 2 twin beds). When it rained, we were more than happy to spend the time cozy in the cabin. The few miles of hiking trails on the property were also a major plus. We definitely want to go back!
We rented PondView cabin and it exceeded our expectations! The cabin was cozy and well equipped, with nice bath products and soft, fluffy towels. The location is so private and the views …amazing! We will definitely return!
Wonderful spot! Cozy and immaculate. Property well managed and cabins are so comfortable. Breakfast items much appreciated! Trails right on the property. Upgrade in progress as well to add a lodge. Definitely will love to return! Thanks for the hospitality! The Blacks
The cabins are extremely comfortable with all the conveniences done in a sustainable way. The location is perfect for exploring Livingston Manor, a now burgeoning community and doing some fishing in world famous trout streams. You cannot go wrong here.
