Quarto pequeno e sala e cozinha minúsculas. Acesso ao wc pela sala, c/ cama desmontável p/ 3ª pessoa. Quando se abrisse a cama ninguém se mexia e se a 3ª pessoa estivesse a dormir, para ir ao wc ou à kitchenet tinha de se passar por cima da cama de cada um dos lados e diziam que tinam condições para 3 pessoas. Casa a precisar de arranjo e pinturas com sinal de muito uso e desmazelo e com cheiro a mofo. Os responsáveis locais que viviam atrás eram simpáticos, mas limitavam-se a fazer o serviço aos donos, a troco da residência nos anexos. Triste! Muito má imagem para o Príncipe e exemplo de quem se quer servir da terra para ganhar dinheiro a qualquer custo.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, auch für längere aufenthalte geeignet. Kein Luxus, für örtlicvhe Verhältnisse gut auch für längere Aufenthalte. Nachbar Brankinho verwaltet Schlüssel und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Wer keine Lust auf abgelegene weltfremde "resorts" hat, aber auch nicht in einer Pension wohnen möchte, für den ist das Domus Rio Papagaio ideal! Ein bißchen wie Ferienwohnung mit Familienanschluß! Eine principeische Familie wohnt hinter dem Haus, es ist immer jemand da, so daß man ruhig auch als Frau alleine kommen könnte! Voll eingerichtete Küche, kleines Wohnzimmer, 2 Klappbetten, ein Französisches Bett (Achtung: für größere Leute evt etwas kurz...), Moskitonetz, Klimaanlage usw. Man wohnt im "Reihenhaus am Fluß", Verkehr hält sich in Grenzen, nachts total ruhig, ruhiges Leben am Fluß sozusagen.
