Travel time by road is 4 to 5hrs from Lusaka to Ndola(350kms) & vise versa.Travel time by air is 0.45hrs+check in & checkout time.As a group of 10-12 it will be easy to look your time management.If the group in Leisure activity then a charted bus is ok to see the local life & culture on the way.
