Christine and her staff strive to be exceptional at all they do. Multiple size conference rooms were at our disposal. They have a buffet style dinner with multiple options that change daily. The grounds are beautiful with a pool that is crisp and refreshing!

I have stayed at the Makuba several times over the past 7 years, typically staying for 10+ days. It truly is "the Gem of the Copperbelt" and you will not find another accommodation in Ndola that compares. The property is lovely with manicured gardens and very clean and comfortable rooms. The food is a lovely combination of English and Zambian...

We spent 10 days at the Mukuba while serving in Ndola. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was always helpful and smiling. Especially Christine, who was the the most gracious host, greeting us with a smile every day. The Mukuba was a welcomed home and made our visit to Ndola a success.

At the hearth of the industrial zone and away from the bustling Copperbelt town was where the hotel located. Personally, it was difficult to locate the hotel if this is your first visit to the Copperbelt. I spent a night here after a meeting at the town centre. The check-in was smooth but the staffs were lack of hospitality. The...

We visited Mukuba on a business trip. The staff are very friendly n helpful. The have been improvements to the hotel, Indian chef too. The have a resident band on Sundays afternoon. The tranquillity is good for relaxation after a long day's work. It's a really a great stay and would recommend it very much.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is great, I wish they weren't closed between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The internet could be better that from what I hear that is true everywhere in Zambia.

Stayed here a few times now. Good food, nice premises - good for a nice walk or run, but very poor wifi/ internet anywhere, and rooms are very dated with little renovation or maintenance. Not great considering the prices. Still trying to rely on a former glory that no longer exists. Also a long way from town. Needs some competition...

Never been to Ndola before, so chose this hotel based on reviews. It's a fine hotel for the area, great food (try the bream) lovely staff who are very attentive. Really enjoyed seeing the Impala on the property, right outside the breakfast room, but do bear in mind they're not wild, just a herd of Impala that were acquired and...
