Promptness and efficiency are the aspects you can expect from this place. Reception staff were willing to serve and very courteous on the day. Great views of the lake and scenery of distant blue mountains across the neighbouring country of Zimbabwe.

We checked in on 01/01/2016. The rooms are somewhat outdated but is fine for a shorter stay. We only stayed the 1 night and were very impressed with the poolside entertainment. Singing and dancing the whole day and relaxing. The scenery on the way to Siavonga is amazing and the view at Manchinchi is very nice. Breakfast and dinner included...

I stayed here for 2 nights and I and my boyfriend were not impressed at all the rooms are below standard for the price especially the bathroom. The food wasn't that great either but at least breakfast was ok. Overall an ok stay nice views but won't be coming back and would not recommend unless they refurbish it in the...

Our experience with Manchinchi Bay Lodge was an exceptional one, though the manager is very hostile. before the trip, she'd call everyday sounding charming but when we got there, even a hello is something you have to pay for. We were just impressed with the waiter, Mr Chansa and the barman who are both humble and friendly. Some charges are...

Manchichi bay is set in prime postion with beautiful views of the lake. Lovely for families and couples alike. I must say however I was not impressed with the service from 'waiting' staff and food provided and time it took to get the food IF it was available from the menu. A few little tweaks here and there...and you could...

We were in Siavonga for a long deserved break over the Easter hols. The place is simply magnificent. We stayed at Manchinchi Bay. The lodge is on the shore of Lake Kariba....yeah, the biggest man-made lake in the world. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when we arrived. You can see the water from whatever angle of the...
