With a name like The hotel Ithaca, I expected a venerable grande dame of a place like the Drake in Chicago. Instead, this wonderfully upgraded and modernized version of what was once a chain hotel, was bright, clean and airy. Light streams in through large windows and even the elevator runs along the outside of the building. Rooms are clean....

Hotel was nice! Clean and did the job. Pillows were small as a previous review had mentioned. Prices were steep at $200 a night but it was a holiday weekend. The staff was very helpful and the best part was parking. Located right in the back and it was easy and no hassle to park there

We had a wonderfully updated room in the Hotel Ithaca. It is an older hotel going through wonderful upgrades. The room was clean and the staff was magnificent. I can't say enough about the courteous and caring people that staff the hotel. They catered to our every need. One of the greatest joys was the restaurant in the hotel. It...

We stayed in the tower of the Hotel Ithaca, which seems to have been recently remodeled, and we were beyond happy with our choice. The room was beautifully decorated and I loved the shower! The King size bed was comfortable and clean. Overall great experience! I would only suggest that the hotel give bottles of water in the fridges, but...

We have been staying here at least once and twice a year for the past seven years while visiting our family living there. Initially a Holiday Inn, they have obviously decided to drop that badge. The very professional, courteous, caring staff make it easy to enjoy the property. The best rooms are in the tower where they have remodeled. The...

This hotel, until very recently a Holiday Inn, has joined the ranks of the many mediocre and dated hotels in the Ithaca area. After a long, hot and tiring college move in day, we arrived on 8/22/14. Our SUV barely fit in the cramped downtown lot, however, the lobby was clean and upscale. My spirits were raised and I contemplated...

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Ithaca. I read in previous reviews to stay in the high-rise. I made sure to request that. Our room # was 609. Our room was immaculate upon entry. This room was modern, the air/heat worked perfect and it was quiet. The bathroom was also modern, fresh and stocked well. The room and...

Stayed here one night for a wedding on 8/16/14. Our room was in the older section of the former Holiday Inn. It was a first floor motel where the sidewalk had been enclosed and protected from the weather. Our visit was less than 24 hours, nevertheless, I had a chance to swim in their small pool before the kids showed...

Convenient location, just off the Commons, but the hotel itself was only average. Upon checking in, they upgraded us to a king room (plus) in a corner of the top floor (plus), but in the morning, we found someone else's boxers tangled up in our comforter-- so many minus-es, I can't even begin to describe.
