The location is very good, but the campground is in need of a serious overhaul. When a website portrays a "family atmosphere" there is a certain expectation for the condition of the facility. This campground falls far short. The women's bathroom was deplorable (so my wife reports), the pool slide was closed, dirt had accumulated at the bottom of the...

We spent 3 nights here last week. When we pulled up to the office, we were greeted by friendly staff. We checked in and drove to our site, passing some run down and beat up looking. apparently "long term" residences. They were not appealing at all. Once we drove further into the campground, the appearances improved, and our site was...

I stayed there with my family for 2 nights in August 2014 in a tent. The location is awesome, just a few minutes away from Taughannock State Park and from Cayuga Nature Center. Both are wonderful for hiking, and the Nature Center is also a first rate address for families with kids (butterfly house, 4-level climbing tree). The camp site...

$40 for tent site for a night. Good location, good site, disgusting bathroom (our one was serving the northern half of the camp...85-95 sites); one shower stall, 2 toilets. The door on one of the toilets overlapped the door on the other toilet, so I had to wait for my "neighbour" to finish his "business" before I could get out!...

We are thinking about a camper purchase so, never having used one before, we found Spruce Row on the web and decided to give an on-site rental a try. The rental was clean and well-maintained. It was supplied with dishes and stuff so we only needed to bring bed and bath linens. The pool was nice. The grounds were maintained....

This will do if you simply must camp. We were able to get a site for the weekend just a few days in advance for a last minute road trip. Decent camp site. We could have a campfire. Bathroom facilities were not good, one I was in even lacked a sink for wash hands. Basically a porta potty. Showers were...

We were not impressed with this campground. Sites are pretty much in the open. Bathroom and showers need updating. It is a nice location with all the waterfalls in the area. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful.

The grounds were very well kept and the staff was very friendly. The sites are very small and odd shaped. They did allow us to pick our own site after we saw how small the original site was. Those were the very few pros about this campground. And now for the cons - The bathrooms definitely need upgrades such as...

We stayed there for two nights in a pop-up and I wish we hadn't. If you like a campground with nice bathrooms, this is not the place. I give the bathrooms a rating of -2. The bathrooms at the nearby state parks are so much nicer. Overall the place was run down. The pool was a nice design and the...

We stayed at Spruce Row for a weekend in one of their 2 rental cabins. The location is beautiful and the grounds were very clean. The cabins are very basic but since we don't want to sleep in a tent anymore they were more than enough for us, until we can finally buy our first travel trailer that is! THey...
