My room was adorable. It was warm and clean. The owners ,Sue and Mike, are the sweetest people. We stayed three nights and had a great time. Hot coffee in the morning and a clean bed at a very reasonable price.

Spent a three night stay here to try out Hunter mountain. Place is clean, quiet, and close to the mountain. Beds made and bathroom cleaned each day. Great value. No hot tub or common area to hang out after a day on the slopes but as we found out, there isn't much night life or après ski anywhere besides the...

Mountainview Lodge looks like a nondescript motel on the outside, but on the inside you have a solid 2 star hotel with immaculately clean and very large rooms. It is my second visit to this establishment and I will keep coming - the owners Susan and Mile are friendly, personable and caring and in the middle of ski season (and...

Checked in for 5 nights to this great find of a motel. It was absolutely one of the cleanest and well maintained rooms we have stayed at. The room stayed so clean and re-stocked the entire time we were staying as well. The owners were also top notch! Highly recommend this gem!

The rooms are clean and the motel is close to town. If you are skiing hunter and need a bed this is a viable option. There are no frills but great value . About a five minute drive to hunter and about 15 to windham

Mountain View Lodge is a great hotel and I had a positive experience. We stayed there for 2 nights in December, and it snowed that weekend so the skiing at nearby Hunter Mountain was superb. The hotel staff is small and so it feels cozy, Susan is very friendly and really cared that we settled in well and enjoyed ourselves...

Owners really care about this property. They told each person checking the improvements to their rooms. Cleaner than clean. Basic but if you are going to spend your time on the mountain or outside its perfect! We will be back! My two requests might be Wifi (AT&T is 1-2 bars in the area ) and a hair dryer or a...

We stayed for two nights The Mountain View Lodge in early August. My wife and I did the Mid Mountain Tour zipline and I went solo on the Skyrider Tour later in the afternoon. (50th birthday trip) While it is not a traditional 'five star' accommodation I'm giving it five stars for well exceeding expectations. The lodge is immaculately clean....

This little place is very clean and well-maintained, beds are comfortable, bathroom very clean and lots of hot water, easy to get to, the owner is friendly and accommodating, the view of the mountains is enchanting, and the price was right.
