The Blue Mountain View Room on the third floor has a nice view of the Catskills Mountains, and you have a partial view of the Hudson River. The property is not "right on the river". I do not think you can see the river from other rooms because of the orientation of the rooms and the wooded landscape between the Manor and the river.
