I spent five nights at this charming hotel. Great location, great value. I was trying to improve my Spanish and every single person working at the hotel went out of their way to be friendly and helpful to me.

the rooms are small but clean, we enjoy the facilities of the kitchen, with free coffee and drinking water, all the staff are so friendly, the location is the best of this hotel with walking distance to town and all the restaurants.

I had a nice experience for the most part. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast of fruit, juice & toast was nice. I wish, since I specifically asked for a quiet room so that I could sleep in, they had not put a couple with an infant next to me. There were plenty of empty rooms available. It would...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a short walk to the main plazas and is in a very safe neighborhood. The hotel offers breakfast for a fee, there is also a pretty good panaderia one block up from the hotel. Wifi worked well throughout. The front desk staff was very helpful. Marco, one of the personnel helped...

Not exactly a mansion but it was very cute and cozy. The owners seem to have put a lot of effort into making this place very nice and comforting. I stayed in Room 10 which was in the rear of the courtyard. It was relatively quiet. The room had two double beds and was quite simple. They provided us a...

We booked this place just needing where to spend the night. It's small and lacks of many amenities that any traveler can expect such as swimming pool. The location is convenient as you are a few blocks away from the historical part if Downtown and with that cone restaurants and places to eat, that the hotel also lack of. Overall...

We have never been to Querétaro, but have been all over México. We enjoy staying in small, boutique hotels that cater to Mexican tourists as well as international and/or young travelers. We found this hotel online, and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room, while not luxurious, was...

This is a great place to stay in downtown Queretaro even if you're not traveling on a budget. They greet you with scented oils, a glass of mint water and fresh fruit in your room. There is free coffee and tea around the clock, and plenty of hot water. Beds are just fine, the place is not luxurious but is...

When I travel in Mexico, I select places to stay based on cleanliness, price, and "Mexico" feel. This place has all these things. The staff is responsive and attentive. Very nice decors. Nice patio. Very clean. It has a very home like feel. It's a comfortable place. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect walking distance to downtown. We had beautiful rooms with very pretty decorations. The people were all very nice even though we understood little Spanish. There are lots of good little breakfast and dinner places close to the hotel where they had awesome colloquial food!
