This is one of the top-rated hotels in Queretaro, and deserves to be rated as such. It's in the historic centre, but is on a quieter street, so I didn't hear any outside noise. I did have an inside room, so it may be noisier if you have a room that opens to the outside. It's a very attractive building...

Great and nice hotel, friendly staffs, great breakfast and perfect location. The wifi in room is slow but usable. My wife uses Google Project Fi and it works great in this city and other places in Mexico. I think it is based on T-Mobile

Centrally located in the historic district, this place was great! Walking distance to shopping and lots of great places to eat. We were there for a family wedding and the staff was very attentive, professional, helpful and friendly! Our stay included breakfast which was freshly prepared and delivered to our room! I would definitely stay there again. I would recommend...

Everything was perfect. The reception, location, breakfast, room......all great! Would definitely go back. The young lady and man at the reception desk were very helpful and pleasant. We were also able to leave our baggage there after checkout while we explored Queretaro. Big thumbs up!

This hotel looked nice, but they canceled our reservation with just a few days warning, despite having made it 3 months earlier! No apology, no explanation. They probably had a guest who was willing to pay more. Grumble. We scrambled and found another hotel nearby; I'll post that review after our visit.

Staff was gracious and quick to help in any way that was required. Management was co-operative and helpful at all times. The manager, Mariana, spoke great English and even had a travel breakfast made for my departure at 4:30 a.m.

This little hotel has the feel of a privately run small scale hotel, aimed at the mid to upmarket crowd. Rooms are spacious, and the hotel has this colonial spanish look to it. I can wel lrecommend staying here. Friendly staff (Both English and Spanish speaking) and willing to assist where possible. I have stayed here twice in a three...

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, alone and with my wife. At this point, I'll plan to stay here each time I visit. The rooms and staff are very nice, and the value is high. Many of my work colleagues have now also stayed and they find it to be very good, too.

Serafin Hotel has a good location, if you choose this be sure that you are going to be into the hearth of Queretaro's downtown. The building is very small and recomended for couples or families without young children. If you select this hotel take in notice that Queretaro's weather is hot and the hotel don't have minisplits or air condition...

Small colonial hotel centered around a lovely courtyard. The location is excellent. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning as there is not restaurant. I would suggest adding coffee facilities to each room.

“Lluvia quiet, the room directly above, or the one with balconies. Lluvia would be wheelchair accessible. All other rooms accessed by stairs.”
  • Lluvia has a very comfortable King size bed with luxurious & wonderful smeeling bedding.
  • This is what we see out the window from our sitting area, a pond & turtle fountain
  • This is the view entering our room Lluvia, which means rain.
  • The door to Lluvia on right, where we hd breakfast each morning
  • Walking from the reception through the courtyard, these are our bedroom doors.
  • 15 foot high ceilings are the norm in these 200 year old haciendas!!
  • This is where we ate out breakfast each day, which is included in the room price

“La Lluvia is a good choice --- larger, with a sitting area, a room safe and a nice bathroom. You will hear people walking past by 8:00 a.m. It is quiet at night after about 11:00 p.m. We were happy there.”
